Vibrating screens, impact crushers, vibrating feeders and other equipment work under high-frequency vibration and alternating impact load for a long time. The product adopts an integrally forged reinforced steel frame structure, which improves the overall structural rigidity and toughness of the bearing by 30% compared with ordinary bearings. It can effectively decompose and bear instantaneous impact load, avoid local stress concentration and structural deformation, and resist metal fatigue caused by long-term alternating vibration.
In terms of vibration damping optimization, NMT adds a high-elasticity buffer damping structure inside the bearing, which can absorb and attenuate high-frequency vibration and instantaneous impact force in real time, convert vibration energy into gentle buffer force, and avoid rigid collision and fatigue wear of internal rolling elements. The upgraded high-strength cage has strong anti-deformation and anti-loosening capabilities, ensuring that the relative position of internal parts is stable under strong vibration, no offset or runaway, and maintaining consistent operation accuracy.
Matched with the anti-vibration structure, the bearing adopts special anti-fatigue lubricating grease, which has strong shear resistance and vibration stability. It will not lose lubricating performance due to long-term vibration shear, and always maintains stable oil film protection. All products have passed professional vibration impact cycle tests, with excellent anti-fatigue and anti-impact performance, no structural damage and performance attenuation after long-term strong vibration operation.
