NMT Deep Groove Ball Bearings: High Speed Rotation Stability, Low Noise & Low Vibration for Precision Transmission
In precision automation equipment, industrial fans, high-speed motor units and household electrical appliances, bearings need to maintain long-term high-speed continuous rotation. Ordinary deep groove ball bearings are limited by rough groove processing accuracy and inconsistent steel ball tolerance. During high-speed operation, they are prone to periodic jitter, eccentric rotation and excessive friction, resulting in loud operating noise, obvious vibration and unstable transmission accuracy. Aiming at the high-speed operation noise and stability pain points of precision equipment, NMT Japan has comprehensively upgraded the processing technology and internal matching process of deep groove ball bearings. The bearing raceway adopts micron-level ultra-precision mirror grinding technology, which makes the groove surface smooth and flat with uniform radian, completely eliminates surface burrs and uneven textures, and reduces high-speed friction resistance to the lowest level. All steel balls are screened and matched by high-precision sorting equipment, with extremely small size error and high consistency, ensuring synchronous and uniform rotation of internal rolling elements.
In terms of structural optimization, NMT adopts a scientific center-positioning groove design and lightweight high-rigidity cage structure. The center-positioning design effectively avoids eccentric wear and radial jitter during high-speed rotation, greatly improves rotational stability, and suppresses high-speed vibration and resonance noise. The optimized cage reduces running inertia and friction collision, ensures flexible and unobstructed high-speed operation, and fundamentally reduces abnormal noise generated by component collision.
Matched with high-speed special low-noise synthetic lubricating grease, the bearing has excellent high-speed shear resistance and oil film stability. It will not produce grease cracking and oil film rupture under long-term high-speed operation, always maintains uniform and stable lubrication protection, effectively reduces friction noise and temperature rise, and avoids performance attenuation caused by high-speed operation.
