NMT Ultra-Low Torque Stainless Steel Bearings Zero-Drift Bearings with Low Resistance and Accurate Reset for Micro-Load and Micro-Movement Equipment

In segmented fields such as precision intelligent manufacturing, micro detection equipment, lightweight transmission modules and precision swing mechanisms, equipment no longer relies on high-speed and heavy-load operation, but pursues the ultimate transmission effect of micro-load, small stroke, frequent micro-movement and accurate reset. Such precision mechanisms are extremely sensitive to bearing torque. Ordinary standard bearings have inherent defects such as high starting resistance, uneven static friction, low-speed micro-movement stuttering and return reset offset.

Most ordinary bearings adopt generalized raceway processing, standard grease filling and conventional cage structures, which are suitable for heavy-load and high-speed working conditions but completely incompatible with micro-load and micro-movement scenarios. Adopting ultra-fine mirror-polished raceways and high-precision graded steel balls, the products minimize the surface roughness of raceways and ultra-reduce rolling friction resistance, fundamentally eliminating the stuttering problem of micro-movement starting caused by the difference between static and dynamic friction.

The optimized lightweight flexible cage structure reduces steel ball clamping resistance and structural micro-friction to ensure flexible and unobstructed rotation of steel balls. Matched with special low-viscosity long-term lubricating grease for micro-torque equipment, the fine and uniform grease has strong adhesion and no viscous resistance, and can form a uniform ultra-thin oil film under low-speed, micro-movement and intermittent operation, avoiding reset offset and torque fluctuation caused by grease viscosity. Meanwhile, the bearing clearance is precisely calibrated to adapt to micro-load working conditions, preventing swing deviation caused by excessive clearance and excessive resistance caused by insufficient clearance.
