In most transmission scenarios such as industrial production, civil manufacturing, outdoor equipment operation and light industrial processing, bearings operate in open environments for a long time and are extremely vulnerable to the invasion of dust particles, water vapor, oil stains and fine impurities, which is the core reason for the premature failure and sharp service life reduction of most ordinary bearings. Conventional open-type deep groove ball bearings on the market have a simple structure without protective design, and are only suitable for ideal working conditions of dust-free, dry and constant temperature. Aiming at the common industry pain points of bearings such as easy dust accumulation, water ingress, contamination, frequent maintenance requirements, short service life and poor working condition adaptability, NMT has been deeply engaged in the field of precision bearings for many years. Relying on the mature Japanese precision manufacturing system and working condition adaptation R&D experience, NMT has fully upgraded and launched a new series of dustproof sealed deep groove ball bearings. Abandoning the simple traditional dust cover design, this series of bearings adopts a double-layer reinforced sealing structure with precisely matched inner and outer ring sealing grooves and anti-fall limit structure, matched with imported long-term high-temperature resistant, anti-oxidation and anti-hydrolysis special lubricating grease. It completely isolates the invasion of external dust, water vapor, oil stains and fine impurities from both physical protection and lubrication protection dimensions, fully adapts to various complex and harsh practical working conditions, and thoroughly solves the industry problems of ordinary bearings such as poor dirt resistance, moisture resistance, oil resistance and frequent refueling maintenance.
The main body of the bearing is made of high-purity high-carbon chromium bearing steel, which undergoes multi-stage constant-temperature forging, multiple heat treatment conditioning, low-temperature quenching hardening and precise tempering stabilization. The steel has uniform and dense internal structure without impurities and pores, with uniform surface hardness, excellent compressive strength, impact resistance and wear fatigue resistance. It can withstand long-term continuous operation, high-frequency start-stop, slight impact load and continuous vibration. The raceway adopts micron-level dust-free constant-temperature superfinishing technology with accurate and symmetrical curved radian and smooth mirror inner wall. Matched with high-precision graded steel balls, it minimizes operating friction resistance, effectively reduces operating heat generation, energy loss and mechanical wear, ensuring smooth and silent operation, accurate and stable transmission without jitter, deviation, stalling and abnormal noise.
Different from ordinary sealed bearings with poor sealing, easy falling off, large sealing friction resistance and easy heating stalling, NMT dustproof sealed deep groove ball bearings are structurally optimized and upgraded. The sealing gap is calibrated through thousands of working condition simulations to achieve a perfect balance between sealing protection and operating resistance. It can efficiently block impurity invasion without generating additional friction loss, taking into account sealing performance, flexibility and stability. At the same time, finished products are filled with grease accurately and automatically before delivery with precise proportioning, avoiding insufficient lubrication and rapid wear caused by too little grease, as well as overheating, stalling and speed limitation caused by excessive grease, perfectly adapting to full-band transmission requirements of low, medium and high speed. The built-in lubricating grease has excellent anti-aging, high-temperature resistant, anti-hydrolysis and anti-oxidation capabilities, and is not easy to dry up, deteriorate or lose during long-term use, realizing genuine lifelong maintenance-free performance without secondary refueling maintenance, greatly reducing later equipment operation and maintenance costs and labor investment.
