In terms of materials, NMT stainless steel corrosion-resistant bearings completely abandon traditional carbon steel substrates and simple electroplating anti-corrosion processes. The inner and outer rings, steel balls and cages of the whole bearing are integrally made of high-purity precision stainless steel and processed by special refining and passivation technology. The steel has a dense and uniform internal structure without impurities and pores, and a stable and dense passive protective layer is formed on the surface, providing excellent waterproof, rust-proof, salt spray resistant and acid-base corrosion resistant capabilities from the material root. Compared with ordinary carbon steel bearings and low-end stainless steel bearings, the corrosion resistance of this product is increased several times.
