In terms of process accuracy, NMT silent bearings adopt brand flagship micron-level dust-free constant-temperature superfinishing technology. Different from the ordinary rough grinding process of common bearings, the raceways of this product undergo multiple rounds of fine super-finishing and polishing, with extremely symmetrical curved surface radian and mirror-smooth inner wall. The curved surface error is controlled at the micron level, completely eliminating friction abnormal noise and vibration jitter caused by uneven raceways and rough grinding lines. The accurate curved surface radian makes the rolling track of steel balls more regular and the stress more uniform, with no jamming, offset or local overload wear during rolling, greatly reducing rolling noise and vibration amplitude from the root of mechanical structure and realizing smooth and stable precision transmission.

The grease is delicate and pure without granular impurities, and its fluidity adapts to all high and low-speed working conditions, avoiding the defects of ordinary lubricating grease such as coarse particles, unbalanced viscosity and easy heat accumulation and abnormal noise at high speed. This silent lubricating grease has excellent adhesion and uniformity, which can form an ultra-thin uniform oil film on the contact surface between steel balls and raceways, buffering metal rolling friction, weakening vibration conduction and absorbing high-frequency abnormal noise, greatly reducing high-speed operating noise. Meanwhile, the lubricating grease is anti-oxidation, anti-aging, not easy to dry up and lose, and does not accumulate carbon, agglomerate or deteriorate during long-term high-speed operation, maintaining stable silent effect throughout the process and completely solving the common problem of early silence and later sharp noise increase of ordinary bearings.
In terms of production and assembly, all NMT silent bearings complete precision assembly, greasing and sealing processes in a Class 10,000 dust-free constant-temperature workshop, strictly controlling dust, impurities, temperature and humidity in the production environment, and eliminating friction abnormal noise, point noise and jitter vibration caused by dust particles mixed into the bearings.
