In terms of materials, all NMT silent precision bearings adopt Japanese homogeneous refined low-vibration bearing steel, which is processed through multiple homogeneous smelting, deep impurity purification, constant-temperature forging and stress relief stabilization. The steel has uniform and dense internal metallographic structure, regular carbide distribution and nearly zero impurity content, fundamentally eliminating rolling vibration and abnormal noise caused by uneven materials. Compared with ordinary mixed steel and secondary recycled steel, this substrate has uniform hardness, stable toughness and excellent wear and fatigue resistance. There will be no uneven local material wear, surface particle shedding and structural micro-vibration during operation, providing solid material guarantee for long-term silent and stable operation of bearings, and completely solving the problem of continuous vibration and noise attenuation caused by material defects of ordinary bearings.
In terms of process accuracy, the product adopts NMT high-end silent-grade micron-level mirror super-finishing technology. Different from the simple rough grinding and precision grinding of ordinary bearings, the inner and outer ring raceways of bearings undergo dozens of fine polishing, radian correction and mirror finishing processes, with round and symmetrical raceway curved surfaces and mirror-smooth inner walls, reducing the friction coefficient to an extremely low industry level. The accurate and regular raceway structure enables the rolling tracks of each high-precision steel ball to be completely unified with uniform stress and no jamming or offset, completely eliminating fine clutter and vibration generated by rolling friction. Meanwhile, the super-precision process greatly improves the concentricity and roundness of bearings, avoiding jitter at high speed, low speed and instant start-stop, realizing silent, stable and precise operation in the full speed range.
In terms of structural clearance, NMT adopts an exclusive micro-clearance adjustment system for silent working conditions. Different from the extensive mode of general large clearance and random clearance of ordinary bearings, it accurately selects and matches the optimal micro-clearance range according to the low-speed, medium-speed and constant-speed operation characteristics of precision silent equipment. The reasonably controllable micro clearance can completely eliminate steel ball swing, cage oscillation, operation resonance and periodic abnormal noise caused by excessive clearance, and avoid friction stagnation, high temperature rise, accelerated wear and operating clutter caused by insufficient clearance, perfectly balancing smoothness, stability and quietness, and realizing zero-jitter silent operation throughout the whole period.
In terms of cage structure, all series are upgraded with low-noise anti-vibration precision cages, adopting integrated precision injection molding/stamping technology with extremely high tolerance accuracy, strong structural stability and extremely low deformation coefficient. The cage pockets are finely modified for silent grade, with accurate and controllable matching clearance with steel balls, no clearance and no looseness. It can stably restrain the operation track of steel balls and eliminate metal clutter and vibration caused by disorderly swing and collision friction of steel balls. At the same time, the cage has excellent anti-fatigue, aging resistance and low deformation performance, without deformation, looseness and wear during long-term continuous operation, locking the long-term silent effect from the structural level and avoiding the continuous increase of later noise and vibration.
In terms of lubrication system, it is equipped with imported high-end special long-life silent lubricating grease, adopting an exclusive formula of low friction, low-noise shock absorption, long-term stability and anti-aging. The grease is delicate and uniform with strong adhesion and fluidity adapted to full speed range. The lubricating grease can form an extremely uniform buffer oil film on the friction surface of steel balls and raceways, which can weaken subtle vibration generated by rolling friction, absorb operating abnormal noise, offset resonance frequency, continuously protect friction pairs, reduce mechanical wear and delay grease aging attenuation. In terms of sealing and adaptation, the product adopts a silent low-disturbance sealing structure with tight fitting and no loose clearance, no sealing friction clutter and wind disturbance noise.
