In special working conditions such as food processing, medical cleanliness, chemical production, aquatic care, outdoor intelligent equipment and humid workshops, equipment is long-term exposed to complex environments with water vapor, water mist, acid-base media, dust impurities and alternating temperature and humidity. Ordinary carbon steel bearings have extremely poor rust and corrosion resistance. Their surfaces are easily oxidized by water vapor and eroded by acid-base media, resulting in surface floating rust, raceway corrosion, steel ball oxidation spots and internal corrosion stalling in a short time. Slight corrosion will directly cause abnormal operating noise of bearings, reduced smoothness, offset transmission accuracy and unstable equipment jitter; severe corrosion will lead to raceway peeling, steel ball jamming, bearing locking and shutdown, and component scrapping. At the same time, the lubricating grease of ordinary bearings is easily emulsified and failed after contacting with water, washed away and loses lubrication and protection, accelerating dry wear loss, resulting in frequent equipment failures, disassembly and maintenance, and frequent parts replacement, which greatly increases production and operation costs and seriously affects the production stability of equipment under clean, humid and corrosive working conditions.
Conventional rust-proof bearings and ordinary stainless steel bearings on the market generally have obvious defects: low-end stainless steel bearings have insufficient material purity and contain impurities, resulting in poor corrosion resistance and still rust and corrode in weak acid and alkali and long-term humid environments; ordinary rust-proof bearings rely only on surface coating for rust prevention, and completely lose protection after coating wear, unable to resist acid-base spraying, long-term water vapor immersion and dust erosion, with an extremely short service life. Most anti-corrosion bearings have rough technology, low raceway accuracy and poor sealing performance. Although they have basic rust-proof ability, they have high operating noise, insufficient accuracy and easy dust and water ingress, failing to meet the high-standard requirements of dust-free cleanliness of food and medical equipment, low-noise stable operation of precision equipment and long-term anti-corrosion of chemical equipment. For a long time, the problems of premature failure, abnormal noise, jamming and scrapping of bearings in corrosive and humid working conditions have been difficult to solve fundamentally.
Aiming at the core industry pain points of traditional bearings, including easy rusting in water, easy corrosion by acid and alkali, easy jamming by dust, easy lubrication failure, easy failure in humidity and non-durable anti-corrosion performance, NMT has been deeply engaged in the field of anti-corrosion precision bearings for many years. Relying on Japanese stainless steel refining technology and precision anti-corrosion processing technology, it has iteratively upgraded the new series of stainless steel corrosion-resistant long-life bearings. In terms of materials, all NMT stainless steel corrosion-resistant bearings adopt high-purity refined stainless steel substrates. Different from ordinary low-quality stainless steel and carbon steel galvanized materials, they undergo multiple vacuum smelting, deep impurity purification and homogenization quenching and tempering treatment. The steel has dense and uniform internal metallographic structure, no impurities, and excellent oxidation resistance, rust resistance and acid-base corrosion resistance. The substrate itself has native anti-rust and anti-corrosion attributes without relying on surface coating protection, fundamentally eliminating water vapor oxidation, acid-base corrosion and dust rusting from the material source. It can withstand long-term humid water vapor immersion, weak acid and alkali medium scouring, outdoor rain and dew erosion and clean water mist spraying, without floating rust, rust spots, corrosion peeling and material aging after long-term use, with far better anti-corrosion stability than ordinary coating rust-proof bearings and low-end stainless steel bearings. Meanwhile, the stainless steel substrate has uniform hardness, stable toughness and excellent wear and corrosion resistance, balancing anti-corrosion performance and precision operation performance.
In terms of process accuracy, the product adopts exclusive super mirror-finishing technology for anti-corrosion bearings, which is precisely optimized according to the processing characteristics of stainless steel materials and the loss characteristics of corrosive working conditions. The inner and outer ring raceways of bearings undergo multiple ultra-fine polishing, curved surface precision correction and burr-free mirror finishing treatments, with mirror-smooth inner walls, regular and symmetrical arcs, no residual processing burrs and no tiny concave-convex defects. The extremely smooth raceway structure can greatly reduce the friction coefficient and realize low-noise and smooth operation, while preventing the adhesion and accumulation of tiny impurities and avoiding operating failures caused by impurity friction corrosion and dust accumulation wear. Ultra-high roundness and concentricity accuracy can ensure stable rolling track, balanced stress and no eccentric jitter of steel balls. Even in long-term humid and corrosive environments, it can maintain accurate transmission precision without precision attenuation and operation offset, perfectly meeting the strict precision requirements of precision clean equipment.
In terms of sealing protection, NMT adopts a full-closed multi-layer waterproof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion structure. Different from the simple single-layer sealing of ordinary bearings, all series are upgraded with thickened anti-corrosion sealing rubber rings, dust-proof and waterproof cover plates and side closed edge-locking structures, with tight fitting and no gaps. It can effectively block the invasion of external water vapor, water mist, acid-base droplets, dust impurities and humid air into the bearing, completely solving the core problems of water ingress rusting, dust ingress jamming, medium corrosion and lubrication emulsification failure caused by poor sealing of ordinary bearings. The sealing parts are made of special aging-resistant, acid-base resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, which will not soften, age, deform and fail after long-term contact with acid-base media and humid environments, continuously locking the clean and dry internal environment of the bearing and comprehensively improving anti-corrosion durability.
In terms of cage and structure, all series are equipped with corrosion-resistant precision cages, integrally formed of stainless steel/corrosion-resistant engineering materials and stabilized by anti-corrosion curing treatment, with strong structural rigidity, not easy to deform, moisture-resistant, oxidation-resistant and acid-base corrosion-resistant. The cage pockets are precisely adapted to the size of steel balls with accurate and controllable matching clearance, no looseness and no clearance, which can stably constrain the operation track of steel balls and eliminate abnormal noise and wear caused by disorderly swinging and collision friction of steel balls. In humid and corrosive working conditions, the cage will not rust, corrode, deform or stall, with stable structure during long-term continuous operation, providing solid structural support for long-term anti-corrosion and precision stable operation of bearings.
In terms of lubrication system, it is equipped with imported food-grade/industrial-grade special water-resistant and anti-corrosion lubricating grease. Different from ordinary general lubricating grease, it adopts an exclusive formula of water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance and anti-emulsification, adapted to special humid and corrosive working conditions. The lubricating grease has strong adhesion and excellent waterproof performance, not easy to dilute, emulsify and lose in water. It can form a tough and stable protective oil film on the friction surface of steel balls and raceways, which can not only buffer friction, reduce noise and ensure smooth operation, but also isolate water vapor and medium erosion to form a second anti-corrosion protection barrier. It can still maintain excellent lubrication performance in long-term humid, spraying and acid-base environments without dryness, scaling and failure, protecting bearing friction pairs for a long time and greatly extending the service life under corrosive working conditions.
In terms of working condition adaptation, the product undergoes dust-free purification treatment and anti-corrosion stability adjustment, with no dust residue, no hidden rust hazards and clean operation without impurities, perfectly adapting to dust-free and clean working conditions of food and medical industry. At the same time, the structural adaptability is optimized for complex working conditions such as alternating outdoor temperature and humidity, chemical medium scouring, aquatic water vapor immersion and workshop humid dust accumulation, with smooth start and stop, stable speed change, no stalling and no abnormal noise under long-term load, solving the operation and maintenance problems of equipment under special working conditions.
