With the rapid iteration of intelligent precision equipment, micro automatic modules and lightweight precision instruments, the market has put forward extremely strict requirements for the accuracy, noise, stability and adaptability of micro bearings. In terms of materials, all NMT silent precision micro bearings adopt imported ultra-high-purity precision bearing steel substrates. Different from miscellaneous steel and recycled steel of ordinary micro bearings, they undergo multiple vacuum refining, homogenization quenching and tempering and ultra-fine impurity filtration. The internal metallographic structure of the steel is extremely dense and uniform with unified and stable hardness, and its wear resistance and fatigue resistance are far better than ordinary materials. The substrate is stabilized by multiple constant-temperature tempering treatments to completely eliminate tiny residual internal stress of the material, avoiding structural stress deformation and uneven local wear during long-term operation. The material accuracy is in line with international high-end precision bearing standards, with highly unified hardness, toughness, wear resistance and dimensional stability. It can operate at high frequency and high speed for a long time without deformation, looseness and premature failure, fundamentally solving the core problems of fast wear, accuracy attenuation and deformation failure of ordinary micro bearings.
In terms of process accuracy, the product adopts nano-level mirror ultra-precision polishing technology, customized and optimized for the micro size and precision transmission characteristics of micro bearings. The inner and outer ring micro raceways of bearings undergo dozens of ultra-fine polishing, micron-level surface correction and burr-free finishing treatments, with mirror-smooth inner walls, no micro unevenness, tool marks or residual processing defects at the micro level. The steel balls are high-precision micro steel balls through graded screening, with size errors controlled at the micron level, ensuring highly unified size, roundness and weight of each steel ball. The extremely precise matching structure of raceways and steel balls greatly reduces micro friction resistance, completely eliminates friction abnormal noise and sand clutter, realizes silent operation throughout the process, avoids local concentrated wear, and greatly improves high-speed operation stability and wear life.
In terms of gap adjustment, NMT adopts a micron-level exclusive micro-gap adjustment system. Aiming at the zero-gap transmission and zero-shaking requirements of micro precision equipment, combined with the thin-wall structural deformation characteristics and high-speed operation thermal expansion rules, it accurately screens and adapts the micro-gap range. The lubricating grease has fine particles and strong adhesion, which can form a uniform, tough and ultra-thin silent protective oil film on the micron-level friction surface, minimizing friction noise and buffering high-speed micro vibration, while continuously protecting raceways and steel balls to eliminate dry wear loss and local wear.
