NMT Thrust Ball Bearings Precision Thrust Support Bearings for Machine Tools, Valves, Lifting Tools and Hydraulic Equipment, Designed for Pure Unidirectional Axial Loads under Low & Medium Speed

Machine tool spindles, large valves, lifting fixtures and hydraulic adjustment mechanisms generate continuous unidirectional axial thrust during operation. Dedicated bearings are required to withstand axial pressure, restrain shaft axial play and maintain precise positioning. Ordinary deep groove ball bearings and angular contact bearings have limited axial load capacity and suffer stress concentration and premature raceway spalling under heavy axial loads. Most roller bearings have relatively large overall dimensions and cannot fit confined axial installation spaces. Thrust applications mostly operate intermittently at low speeds with loads acting along the axial plane. Uneven load distribution causes ball skidding and localized overheating wear. Many adjustment mechanisms demand easy disassembly for maintenance and calibration, requiring standardized dimensions and high interchangeability.

1. Optimized for unidirectional axial loads with outstanding thrust performance: Designed exclusively for pure axial compression, capable of sustaining large unidirectional thrust, restricting shaft axial displacement and improving axial positioning stability.

4. Precisely machined raceways distribute load evenly to reduce wear: Finely ground axial raceways balance contact stress across balls, lowering risk of skidding friction and slowing fatigue wear to extend service life.

Axial thrust supports for spindles of lathes, milling machines and other machine tools; axially loaded rotating shafts of pipeline valves and large butterfly valves; axial limiting assemblies of hydraulic presses and adjusting cylinders; axial support positions of mold equipment and tool fixtures; axially loaded rotary pivots of small lifting equipment and lifting platforms; axial limiting rotary mechanisms of textile and packaging machinery.

Product Range

Japan NMT focuses on R&D and manufacturing of axial thrust support bearings, specializing in core technologies including axial raceway profile optimization, uniform ball load control, precision end face flatness machining and compression friction stability improvement. Continuously upgrading processes to address industry pain points such as unidirectional axial compression, limited installation space and precise axial positioning requirements, NMT solves common defects of ordinary thrust components including uneven load distribution, overheating wear and gradual loss of positioning accuracy, providing stable long-life axial thrust bearing solutions for global manufacturers of machine tools, hydraulics, valves and mold equipment.
