Embedded Self-Lubricating Material System——Embedded self-lubricating bearings are the preferred solution for heavy-load self-lubricating applications. NMT embedded self-lubricating bearings use high-strength copper alloy (CuSn8 or CuZn25Al5) or cast iron as the matrix, with solid lubricants (graphite or MoS₂ compounded with metal powder) embedded in the friction surface in a specific density and arrangement. During operation, the embedded solid lubricants migrate to the friction surface under frictional heat and shear forces, forming a stable solid lubricating film between the journal and bearing. Embedded self-lubricating bearings suit heavy-load, low-speed, high-temperature, hard-to-maintain applications such as metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, large valves and marine equipment. NMT embedded self-lubricating bearings allow loads up to 100-500N/mm² with operating temperature range of -40℃ to 300℃ (copper base), up to 500℃ with special formulations.

 

All-Plastic Self-Lubricating Material System——All-plastic self-lubricating bearings suit light-load, corrosive environment and clean environment applications. NMT all-plastic self-lubricating bearings are manufactured from high-performance engineering plastics (PA, POM, PEEK, PI, etc.) by injection molding or machining, with solid lubricants (PTFE, graphite, MoS₂, etc.) uniformly distributed inside the material. All-plastic bearings require no metal backing, offering lightweight, non-magnetic and corrosion-resistant properties, suitable for food machinery, medical devices, chemical equipment, electronic equipment and applications requiring high cleanliness and corrosion resistance. NMT all-plastic self-lubricating bearings allow loads up to 10-150N/mm² (depending on material) with operating temperature range of -40℃ to 260℃ (PEEK/PTFE).
