1. Common Failure Defects of Ordinary Bearings for Heavy Industry Equipment
Mining, building materials and metallurgical heavy-duty equipment operate under high-intensity vibration, impact and heavy dust all year round. Ordinary roller bearings have no self-aligning ability. Once the base is deformed, the shaft is bent or the assembly is misaligned, the bearing is overloaded on one side, resulting in rapid pitting and chipping of the raceway, and the bearing is locked and scrapped in a short time, bringing huge shutdown losses to crushers and ball mills.
The rollers of conventional roller bearings are straight cylindrical. Thin-plate stamped cages are prone to cracking and fracture under continuous vibration and impact, causing rollers to scatter and jam the main shaft, directly damaging the main shaft assembly.
