Four. Food-grade lubrication: Engineering balance of safety and performance
In food processing bearings, the selection of lubricating grease must strike a balance between food safety and lubrication performance.
NSF H1 certified lubricating grease
NMT food processing special-purpose bearings are pre-filled with NSF H1 certified food-grade lubricating grease. H1 certification means: the lubricating grease will not cause health hazards when accidentally in contact with food; the composition of the lubricating grease complies with FDA regulations; the lubricating grease is suitable for lubrication points that may accidentally come into contact in food processing environments.
NSF H1 certified lubricating grease uses a synthetic base oil and food-grade additive system. It provides stable oil film strength, excellent anti-water flushing performance, and good anti-wear protection within the operating temperature range of the bearing.

The third layer: Mosaic gap seal. A tortuous mosaic channel is designed between the sealing ring and the inner ring. Even if a small amount of water breaks through the first and second lines of defense, the mosaic channel can discharge it through centrifugal effect.
