Note: The 25° contact angle provides strong axial load capacity. D-type raceway optimizes contact stress distribution. Composite material features lighter weight and good damping property. Supplied as single loose bearing without factory matched set; users can assemble arbitrary layouts with custom spacers. Preload benchmark follows measured load Class B for accurate on-site adjustment. Open design requires external dust sealing.
2 Structure & Operating Characteristics
Japan NMT 7007 ACDGB/HCP4A is a 7007 size 25° high-load D-type precision single angular contact bearing made of integrated composite rings. Optimized D-shaped raceway reduces contact stress, and the 25° contact angle supports combined radial and bidirectional axial loads.
Open non-sealed construction eliminates seal drag, compatible with oil-air lubrication and high-speed grease systems. No lubricant pre-filled; lubrication shall be added during assembly.
Supplied as independent single unit without factory fixed arrangement. Customers can combine multiple bearings with precision spacers to build DB, DF, tandem and multi-set composite support structures. Uniform Class B measured load tolerance enables precise preload calculation on site, ideal for equipment manufacturers developing customized spindle solutions.
3 Core Performance Advantages
1. 25° contact angle + high-load D raceway: Strong axial capacity and balanced contact stress.
2. P4A ultra-precision grade: Strict rotary runout control to guarantee precision transmission.
3. Composite bearing rings: Lightweight with excellent vibration damping to suppress high-speed vibration.
4. Freely combinable single bearing: Layout flexible for all custom spindle designs.
5. Class B measured load standard: Consistent reference for accurate field preload tuning.
6. Open seal-free construction, low friction, suitable for various high-speed lubrication systems.
4 Typical Application Scenarios
4.1 Custom CNC engraving milling & compact machining center spindles: Machine builders designing self-developed bearing support and preload structures.
4.2 Precision test equipment & high-speed automation rotary modules: Lightweight, low-vibration applications requiring flexible bearing arrangement.
4.3 Small precision grinders & medical equipment high-speed rotary units: Medium-load applications where on-site pairing and preload adjustment are required.
5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines
5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards
P4A high-precision bearings shall be assembled inside dust-free clean areas. Remove all burrs and metal debris on shaft and housing mating surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is recommended. Never strike bearing rings or raceways directly. When multiple bearings are paired, select products from the same batch to minimize matching error.
5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions
This is a single loose bearing without factory pairing; back-to-back, face-to-face or tandem layouts can be freely configured. Preload follows measured load Class B. Target preload is realized by adjusting spacer thickness via dimensional chain calculation. Modify spacer dimensions if preload level needs changing.
5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions
No pre-filled lubricant. Oil-air lubrication is preferred for continuous long-term high-speed operation; special high-speed grease compatible with composite material can be used for intermittent duty. Do not mix different types or brands of lubricants; inspect lubrication pipelines regularly.
5.4 Speed Parameter Note
Obtain limiting speed reference data from SKF. Maintain proper safety margin according to working load; moderately reduce operating speed under heavier loads to control bearing temperature.
6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting
Carry out multi-stage low-speed progressive running-in after assembly. Increase speed to rated value only after temperature and vibration stabilize. Open bearings have no inherent dust resistance; main machine must be equipped with labyrinth or contact dust seals.
Sustain stable lubricant supply to avoid contact surface damage from dry friction. In case of abnormal temperature rise, vibration growth or noise, sequentially check lubrication supply, mounting coaxiality, spacer precision, preload and actual operating load.
