Paired with a composite heat treatment process of "960°C quenching + (-70°C) deep cold + 200°C triple tempering," NMT bearings achieve a perfect balance of "hard exterior and tough interior." The surface hardness reaches HRC62-64, while the core impact toughness remains above 25J/cm², ensuring rock-solid stability under the high-frequency impact loads of mining crushers.
Wide-Angle Self-Alignment and Quad-Seal Dust Protection
To address shaft bending and installation deviations in heavy-duty equipment, NMT spherical roller bearings utilize a symmetrical spherical raceway and barrel roller combination, elevating the self-alignment angle to an industry-leading ±2.5°.
