Mining, metallurgy, cement building materials, thermal power generation, large fans and heavy-duty industrial reducers operate continuously under extremely harsh working conditions characterized by heavy loads, strong vibration, high dust concentration, large temperature differences and poor shaft alignment. Conventional cylindrical roller bearings and ball bearings have no self-aligning compensation capability. Inner and outer rings undergo deep quenching and constant-temperature stabilization treatment, achieving high surface hardness and sufficient core toughness with outstanding wear resistance, spalling resistance and impact resistance to withstand long-term high-frequency vibration, load fluctuation and high-temperature operation.

Multiple sealing structures including open type, rubber seal, metal shield and labyrinth seal are optional for different dusty, humid and high-temperature environments, effectively preventing intrusion of sand, dust, metal debris and moisture to avoid grease contamination and deterioration. Pre-filled high-grade long-life high-temperature grease resists carbonization and failure under prolonged continuous high-temperature operation, ensuring stable all-weather bearing performance.
