Impact durability and wear resistance tests are conducted on formed cages, and additional dust and water intrusion simulation tests are carried out for sealed models. All finished goods pass visual inspection, clearance screening, geometric precision detection and long-time continuous operation vibration, noise & temperature rise durability test. Sealed models used in dusty light industrial environments receive extra continuous dust invasion tests. Non-conforming products are separated independently.
