NMT Spherical Roller Bearings Heavy-Duty Spherical Roller Bearings For Mining Screens, Crushers And Metallurgical Equipment
Spherical roller bearings are heavy-duty rolling bearings specially designed for heavy load, strong vibration, misalignment and impact conditions. Adopting double-row spherical roller structure and spherical outer ring raceway, they deliver powerful self-aligning performance to compensate shaft deflection, frame deformation, installation error and angular deviation caused by equipment vibration. With ultra-high radial load capacity, bidirectional axial load resistance and excellent fatigue resistance, they are core bearing components for mining, metallurgy, building materials and heavy-duty vibrating machinery.
Compared with self-aligning ball bearings, spherical roller bearings adopt line-contact roller structure with larger contact area, providing far higher load capacity and impact resistance for long-term heavy-duty operation. Different from cylindrical and tapered roller bearings, they feature built-in self-aligning ability to tolerate shaft deformation and structural deviation without seizure or premature wear, making them the best choice for vibrating screens, crushers and rotary kilns. Limited by medium speed performance, they are professionally applied to low-speed heavy-load and high-vibration working conditions.
Mining, metallurgical and cement equipment operates continuously under severe conditions including strong vibration, alternating impact, heavy overload and dusty environment. Long-term operation easily causes shaft bending and misalignment, requiring bearings with excellent vibration resistance, load capacity, self-aligning tolerance and wear resistance. Ordinary spherical roller bearings suffer from poor roller precision, rough raceway grinding, weak cages and unstable heat treatment, resulting in raceway spalling, roller wear, cage fracture, overheating and abnormal noise, leading to frequent shutdowns and high maintenance costs.
NMT Spherical Roller Bearings cover full industrial series including 222, 223, 230, 231, 232, 240 and 241 with CA, CC, MB and E structures. Equipped with reinforced solid cages and brass cages, the bearings resist deformation and fracture under strong vibration. Standard, C3 and C4 clearance options adapt to high-temperature and large-deviation vibrating equipment. Standard and P6 precision grades with international standard dimensions ensure perfect interchangeability for direct replacement of imported heavy-duty bearings.
With large-scale and high-load upgrading of heavy industry equipment, vibrating screens and crushers face increasing operating load and vibration. Traditional ordinary bearings are insufficient in load capacity and fatigue resistance, prone to spalling and early failure, unable to meet long-term continuous production requirements. The industry demands high-load, high-vibration-resistant and long-life spherical roller bearings to solve frequent failure and shutdown problems.
NMT adopts ultra-precision spherical mirror grinding technology to optimize raceway radian and roller fitting accuracy, realizing uniform stress distribution and eliminating local stress concentration under shaft deflection and vibration. Micron-level roller sorting ensures consistent roller roundness and surface finish for stable operation and uniform wear. Optimized double-row roller structure improves overall rigidity and composite load capacity. Reinforced high-strength cages effectively avoid loosening, deformation and fracture under high-frequency vibration. Segmented constant-temperature heat treatment balances surface hardness and matrix toughness to achieve excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. Optimized internal lubrication grooves ensure stable grease retention in dusty environments to reduce dry friction and temperature rise.
Made of high-purity heavy-duty bearing alloy steel with forged and refined microstructure, NMT bearings feature extremely low impurities and outstanding fatigue resistance. All finished products pass dimensional calibration, clearance sorting, roller matching inspection, heavy-load vibration endurance test and high-temperature life test to ensure stable batch performance, smooth operation and long service life after installation.
