NMT Angular Contact Ball Bearings Precision Matched Angular Contact Ball Bearings For Machine Tool Spindles, High-Speed Pumps & Air Compressors

Angular contact ball bearings feature inclined raceways forming a fixed contact angle between steel balls and raceways, bearing radial loads and unidirectional axial loads simultaneously. Larger contact angles deliver stronger axial load capacity. They are designed for high-speed & high-precision rotation and must be installed in pairs to counteract axial force. Available in 4 classic contact angles:15°,25°,30°,40°, with three assembly arrangements:DB back-to-back,DF face-to-face,DT tandem. Open precision type and rubber sealed dust-proof type are fully covered, with precision grades P0/P6/P5/P4 for selection. They act as core precision bearings for CNC lathe spindles, grinder spindles, high-speed oil pumps, screw air compressors and centrifuges.

Compared with deep groove ball bearings: greatly improved axial load capacity and enhanced spindle rigidity & rotational precision at high speed. Versus tapered roller bearings: several times higher limiting speed and lower heat generation for high-precision high-speed applications. Limitation: single bearing only bears one-way axial force and cannot be used independently. Strict pairing & assembly requirements; assembly misalignment leads to eccentric load and rapid bearing failure.
