NMT Cylindrical Roller Bearings High-Load Precision Cylindrical Roller Bearings For Motors, Rolling Mills, Reducers & Crushers
Cylindrical roller bearings are core heavy-duty transmission bearings for industrial equipment. Featuring parallel cylindrical rollers and linear raceways, they adopt line-contact rolling structure with greatly improved load capacity compared with ball bearings. They excel in ultra-high pure radial load capacity, high rigidity, low friction and excellent fatigue resistance. The separable inner and outer ring structure enables easy assembly and disassembly with adjustable clearance and slight axial sliding compensation for shaft thermal elongation. Suitable for continuous operation, heavy load impact, high-temperature deformation and alternating load conditions, they are standard heavy-duty bearings for industrial motors, heavy gear reducers, steel rolling mills, mine crushers, large fans and conveying machinery.
Main structural types: NU outer ring floating series, N inner ring floating series, NJ single-flange one-way axial positioning series, NUP double-limit thrust series. Full size coverage includes 202/203 light series, 2200 widened heavy-duty series and 2300 ultra-heavy series, covering single-row, double-row and four-row types. Open-type design fits oil bath lubrication and oil-gas lubrication for long-term operation.
Compared with deep groove ball bearings: line-contact structure provides 3-5 times higher radial load capacity with stronger rigidity and deformation resistance for heavy-load scenarios. Versus spherical roller bearings: lower friction coefficient, higher limiting speed and lower temperature rise with better precision stability. Compared with tapered roller bearings: no additional axial component force, simple pure radial force structure without paired installation, realizing easier assembly and debugging. Limitation: weak inherent axial load capacity, unable to withstand large axial thrust and eccentric skew load; excessive shaft misalignment causes roller partial wear and failure.
Heavy-duty industrial equipment, metallurgical rolling mills and mine crushers operate under 24-hour continuous operation, heavy compression, start-stop impact, high temperature and shaft thermal expansion. Inferior cylindrical roller bearings suffer from uneven roller size, excessive raceway straightness error and insufficient heat treatment hardness, causing unbalanced roller stress, local stress concentration, raceway pitting and spalling under heavy load. Thin ordinary cages are prone to deformation, fracture and roller shedding during long-term continuous operation. Low-precision inner and outer rings lead to axial sliding jamming, resulting in sharp temperature rise of motors, abnormal noise and vibration of reducers, excessive vibration of mill rolls and spindle shaking of crushers, eventually causing equipment shutdown, spindle wear and gearbox damage with huge production downtime and maintenance costs.
NMT cylindrical roller bearings cover all mainstream NU/N/NJ/NUP structures with complete light, standard, widened and ultra-heavy size ranges. Made of ultra-clean electroslag remelting bearing steel with overall tempering and deep surface quenching, achieving tough core and hard wear-resistant surface to resist heavy compression and alternating impact. Cylindrical rollers are micron-level precisely sorted and grouped with highly consistent roundness and height for uniform stress distribution without partial eccentric wear. Super-finished raceways feature high straightness and smooth surface with extremely low rolling friction to stabilize temperature during high-speed operation. Reinforced solid and stamped dual-cage configurations deliver high deformation and fatigue resistance for 24-hour continuous operation. The separable structure allows independent replacement of inner and outer rings to reduce maintenance costs. Standard, C3 and C4 large clearance specifications adapt to thermal expansion of high-temperature motors and rolling mills to avoid thermal seizure. All dimensions comply with national standards for direct replacement of mainstream brand bearings, applicable to motor assembly, rolling mill overhaul, reducer maintenance and mine equipment renovation.
Modern heavy-duty industrial equipment is developing toward high load, high speed, long-term continuous operation, low failure rate and low maintenance frequency. Ordinary low-grade cylindrical roller bearings have defects such as poor raceway precision, inconsistent roller accuracy, weak cage strength and poor high-temperature stability, prone to pitting under heavy load, overheating at high speed and premature failure during continuous operation, failing to meet strict requirements of long-term stable operation of high-power motors, frequent rolling of steel mills, continuous impact load of crushers and steady transmission of heavy-duty reducers. The market demands high-rigidity, low-temperature-rise, fatigue-resistant and long-life precision heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearings.
NMT precision raceway forming technology ensures accurate linearity and flatness for full roller fitting and uniform load distribution to delay fatigue spalling. Optimized roller end structure reduces friction loss and controls temperature rise under high-speed heavy load. Reinforced integrated cages improve impact and fatigue resistance to avoid fracture and roller shedding during long-term operation. Large-clearance models adapt to thermal expansion of high-temperature equipment to solve jamming, abnormal noise and overheating caused by shaft elongation. All finished bearings pass precision inspection, clearance sorting, temperature rise durability test and heavy-load pressure test to eliminate defective products, ensuring long-term high-precision, high-rigidity and low-failure stable operation of various heavy-duty transmission equipment.
