NMT Spherical Roller Bearings Heavy-Duty Spherical Roller Bearings For Mine Crushers & Vibrating Screens

Spherical roller bearings adopt a double-row symmetrical convex roller structure with spherical outer ring raceway, delivering excellent self-aligning capacity to compensate shaft bending deformation, bearing housing misalignment and assembly concentricity errors. They can withstand ultra-heavy radial load and bidirectional alternating axial load with outstanding shock resistance, vibration resistance and dust adaptability. Available in open type, type with oil groove & hole and reinforced sealed type, equipped with machined solid copper cages or stamped steel cages. Compatible with long-term grease lubrication and circulating oil lubrication, they serve as core bearings for harsh eccentric vibration conditions such as mine crushing, vibrating screening, vertical mills and large conveying equipment.

Performance comparison: Compared with cylindrical roller bearings, the exclusive self-aligning function prevents bearing seizure caused by shaft deformation and base dislocation for vibrating equipment. Compared with tapered roller bearings, it bears bidirectional axial force without paired reverse assembly to simplify installation. Compared with deep groove ball bearings, load capacity increases more than tenfold to adapt to heavy impact loads. Shortcoming: Low limiting rotational speed, not applicable for high-speed spindle applications. Spherical raceway requires high-precision machining; inferior products suffer from rapid roller eccentric wear and spalling easily.
