Spherical roller bearings adopt a classic structure of double-row barrel spherical rollers and outer ring spherical raceways, featuring excellent self-aligning performance to compensate angular deflection caused by shaft deflection, base deformation and misaligned installation. Meanwhile, the line contact of rollers bears ultra-heavy radial load, and it can withstand bidirectional axial force and alternating impact load. It is the core support bearing for equipment with heavy load, poor centering and severe vibration. Product types include CA solid brass cage, CC stamped steel cage and C reinforced roller structure, mainly divided into three major series: 22200 medium general type, 22300 wide-section heavy-load type and 23200 wide-bore dual-load main type. Two structural types: open type for oil lubrication and sealed dust-proof type, suitable for low-speed heavy-load and medium-speed fan working conditions. Widely applied to mine ball mills, cement rotary kilns, large centrifugal induced draft fans, crushers, bucket elevators, long-distance belt conveyors, paper press rolls and metallurgical roll supports. Performance comparison: Compared with tapered roller bearings, it has spherical self-aligning function to avoid seizure failure under shaft tilt, yet weak unidirectional axial limiting capacity, unsuitable for high-strength axial positioning. Compared with cylindrical roller bearings, it perfectly adapts to shaft bending deformation with greatly improved installation fault tolerance and slightly lower limiting speed. Compared with deep groove ball bearings, load capacity increases dozens of times with strong impact resistance, unable to realize high-speed silent operation. Shortcoming: High heat generation under high-speed operation relying on circulating oil for heat dissipation; oversized structure incompatible with small compact equipment.
Mining, cement and large fan equipment operate under harsh conditions including foundation settlement, main shaft bending, material impact vibration, high-temperature hot air, dust & mud intrusion and alternating start-stop load. Inferior spherical roller bearings have inaccurate spherical radian of outer ring raceway leading to self-aligning failure. Slight shaft deflection causes concentrated stress and edge fragmentation of rollers. Uneven quenching hardness of rollers leads to large-area pitting spalling under vibration impact. Insufficient structural strength of cages causes tearing and collapse under heavy centrifugal force, resulting in direct bearing seizure and shaft locking. It triggers shutdown maintenance of ball mills, cylinder offset of rotary kilns and main shaft sweeping fracture of fans, leading to production line shutdown and huge shutdown losses.

Made of high-purity carburized bearing steel, the outer ring spherical surface is integrally precision turning & grinding with unified standard spherical radian to compensate shaft angular deviation of 1°~1.5° at maximum and eliminate eccentric edge stress. Optimized profile modification on barrel roller distributes load evenly along roller length to restrain stress concentration edge chipping. Two cage types for selective matching: CC steel cage for cost-effective supporting of mine conveyors and crushers, CA integral machined brass cage with high temperature resistance and anti-grease carbonization for long-term continuous operation of cement kilns and high-temperature main fans. C3/C4 large-clearance models are specially designed for high-temperature expansion and impact vibration to prevent thermal seizure.
