NMT Spherical Roller Bearings Double Row Spherical Roller Bearings for Vibrating Screens, Crushers & Ball Mills

Spherical roller bearings are double-row symmetrical heavy-duty rolling bearings with a matching structure of spherical outer raceways and crowned rollers, featuring excellent self-aligning compensation capability. They can adapt to shaft deflection, frame deformation and installation misalignment, thoroughly solving jamming and eccentric wear failures caused by eccentric operation and shaft skew. The symmetrical double-row roller design ensures large contact area and uniform load distribution, bearing ultra-large radial loads and bidirectional medium axial loads simultaneously. With outstanding vibration resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, they are core supporting bearings for low-speed heavy-load, high-frequency vibration and harsh industrial conditions, widely used in mining, building materials, metallurgy and heavy industry fields.

The product lineup covers four core series: 222 general heavy-duty, 223 ultra-heavy impact-resistant, 230 thin-wall high-load and 231 widened reinforced series. It includes three structures: CA copper cage, CC steel cage and MB solid cage, adapting to different vibration and impact intensities. Equipped with open and double-sided sealed structures for dust, water and mud prevention, the bearings perfectly fit continuous vibration, alternating impact, dusty and humid working conditions of vibrating screens, crushers, ball mills, rotary kilns and roller presses, avoiding common defects of ordinary bearings such as overheating, rapid wear, seizure and cage fracture.

Main model classification: 222 general heavy-duty series, 223 ultra-high load impact series, 230 thin-wall heavy-duty series, 231 widened reinforced series; Precision grades: P0 industrial heavy-duty grade, P6 precision wear-resistant grade; Structural types: CA copper alloy cage, CC stamped steel cage, MB solid cage; Core features: self-aligning, bidirectional axial load bearing, vibration and impact resistance; Applicable conditions: low-speed continuous operation, high-frequency vibration, eccentric heavy load, dusty and muddy harsh environments.

Performance comparison: Compared with deep groove ball bearings, the load capacity is increased by more than 10 times with greatly upgraded vibration and fatigue resistance for long-term alternating impact loads. Compared with tapered roller bearings, the exclusive self-aligning function allows higher installation tolerance without jamming failure caused by shaft deformation. Compared with cylindrical roller bearings, it features stronger bidirectional positioning capacity and more stable operation without axial play wear. Compared with self-aligning ball bearings, the roller bearing structure is more stable with superior compression, impact and wear resistance, specially designed for heavy-duty scenarios. The only limitation is weak high-speed operation performance, dedicated to low-speed heavy-load and vibration conditions rather than high-speed precision transmission equipment.

Mining and building material heavy-duty equipment operates under extremely harsh conditions, including high-frequency reciprocating vibration of vibrating screens, crushing impact loads of crushers, and eccentric heavy loads of ball mill cylinders, enduring continuous vibration, dust, mud immersion and alternating heavy pressure for a long time. Inferior spherical roller bearings suffer from insufficient raceway quenching hardness, low-precision rollers, weak cage materials and inaccurate self-aligning performance. During operation, uneven roller stress and local stress concentration quickly cause raceway pitting, peeling, roller wear and fragmentation. Inaccurate self-aligning leads to eccentric wear, high-temperature seizure and cage fracture under slight shaft deformation, resulting in equipment shutdown, screen machine deviation, mill abnormal noise and stalling, frequent maintenance shutdowns, reduced production efficiency and increased operation costs.

NMT spherical roller bearings fully cover all specifications of 222, 223, 230 and 231 series, with sufficient stock for vibrating screen vibration-resistant models, crusher impact-resistant models and ball mill wear-resistant heavy-duty models. Made of special high-purity bearing alloy steel with deep integral carburizing quenching and raceway mirror superfinishing, the bearings feature accurate spherical radian and high smoothness. Strictly controlled roller roundness and straightness ensure uniform stress on double-row rollers with sensitive self-aligning performance, adapting to equipment deformation and installation deviation for stable operation all the time.

All series are equipped with high-strength dedicated cages: CA copper cages with strong toughness, deformation resistance and high-temperature resistance adapt to long-term vibration and high-temperature conditions; CC steel cages with high rigidity, impact resistance and wear resistance fit crushing impact heavy-load scenarios; MB solid cages with high precision and stability are suitable for precision heavy-duty equipment. The optimized internal lubrication groove structure stores more grease with uniform oil supply, avoiding dry friction and overheating during low-speed heavy-load operation for long-term stable lubrication. The sealed version adopts double protection of thickened wear-resistant rubber seal and dust cover to block sand, dust and mud intrusion and eliminate abrasive wear, greatly extending bearing service life.

All NMT spherical roller bearings pass strict factory tests including vibration durability, impact load, temperature rise fatigue and self-aligning precision detection, eliminating defective products with raceway defects, roller deviation, loose cages and excessive clearance. Specially optimized for high-frequency vibration, eccentric heavy load and continuous impact conditions of vibrating screens, crushers and ball mills, the bearings solve five major industry problems of ordinary bearings: poor self-aligning performance, easy vibration, rapid wear, easy fracture and excessive temperature rise.

With the large-scale and uninterrupted production of mining, building material and heavy industry, equipment puts forward higher requirements for bearing vibration resistance, wear resistance, stability and service life. Ordinary low-grade spherical roller bearings with simple craftsmanship and weak materials fail easily under long-term vibration and heavy load, causing high equipment failure rate and frequent replacement, seriously affecting continuous production lines. The market is in urgent need of heavy-duty spherical roller bearings with high vibration resistance, high wear resistance, high self-aligning precision and low maintenance frequency.

Relying on three core advantages: precise spherical self-aligning technology, deep quenching hardening technology and adaptive high-strength cage technology, NMT targets the failure problems of bearings for heavy-duty vibration equipment. It significantly improves equipment operation stability, reduces abnormal noise, jitter and stalling failures, extends bearing replacement cycles, and cuts accessory procurement and shutdown maintenance costs for heavy industrial enterprises, adapting to long-term continuous heavy-load operation under various harsh working conditions.

Core Product Advantages

1. Precise self-aligning performance adapts to shaft deflection, frame deformation and installation deviation, eliminating bearing eccentric wear, jamming and operation abnormal noise.

2. Symmetrical double-row roller load-bearing structure with large contact area and uniform load dispersion delivers powerful radial heavy-load capacity to withstand ultra-large alternating impact loads.

3. Bidirectional axial limiting design bears bidirectional axial force, suppresses equipment axial play, stabilizes operation precision and reduces body jitter.

4. Multiple high-strength cage options (copper, steel, solid) adapt to diverse working conditions with excellent vibration resistance, fracture resistance and deformation resistance.

5. Deep-quenched special bearing steel ensures high raceway hardness, outstanding wear resistance, peeling resistance and fatigue resistance, avoiding pitting and fragmentation failure under long-term vibration and heavy load.

6. Optimized internal lubrication structure with large grease storage and uniform lubrication reduces temperature rise during low-speed heavy-load operation, preventing dry friction seizure and adapting to 24-hour continuous operation.

7. Double-layer sealing protection realizes dustproof, waterproof and mudproof performance, blocking external impurity intrusion and adapting to dusty, humid and harsh mining and construction site environments.

8. Standard national universal dimensions support direct replacement of new and old equipment without modification, realizing convenient on-site assembly and disassembly to save time and reduce costs.
