Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used and versatile basic rolling bearings in the industrial field. With an arc deep groove raceway structure, they can bear radial loads and bidirectional slight axial loads simultaneously, featuring high rotating speed, low friction coefficient, silent operation and wide adaptability. Composed of inner and outer rings, precision steel balls, high-strength cages and multi-specification sealing structures, the bearings enable smooth and uniform operation of steel balls without jamming or eccentric wear due to standardized groove tracks. NMT deep groove ball bearings feature a complete product portfolio, including 6000, 6200, 6300, 6400 general series, 61900, 61800 thin-wall precision series and high-speed silent non-standard series. Multiple structures are available: open type, double-sided rubber seal 2RS, double-sided iron seal ZZ and enhanced dustproof & waterproof models. Compared with other types of bearings, NMT deep groove ball bearings have outstanding comprehensive advantages: different from roller bearings, they have lighter weight, lower friction resistance and higher limit rotating speed without overheating and jamming during high-speed operation, suitable for continuous high-frequency operation of electromechanical equipment; different from angular contact bearings, they feature simple structure, no self-aligning or gap calibration required and ultra-high universality without complex assembly process. Compared with inferior miscellaneous bearings, they have fully upgraded steel ball accuracy, raceway finish and sealing protection, completely solving common problems such as high-speed abnormal noise, overheating, dust jamming and short-term wear failure. The bidirectional slight axial limiting capacity can offset slight axial play during equipment operation and protect motor shafts and pump main shafts from eccentric wear.

Industrial three-phase motors, civil fans, centrifugal water pumps, air compressors, conveyor rollers, small reducers, textile machinery, packaging equipment, automatic transmission mechanisms and home appliance motors operate under complex conditions of long-term continuous high-speed operation, floating dust, humid moisture and frequent start-stop all year round. Low-end inferior deep groove ball bearings generally have defects such as rough raceway grinding, low-precision steel balls, thin and deformable cages, large sealing gaps and insufficient steel hardness. After long-term high-speed operation, faults such as soaring noise, bearing overheating seizure, steel ball wear and falling off, sealing failure leading to dust and water ingress, and increased clearance vibration are prone to occur, directly causing motor overheating and burnout, water pump abnormal noise and water leakage, excessive fan vibration and production line shutdown stuttering. Frequent bearing replacement increases enterprise operation and maintenance costs and seriously affects equipment production stability.

All NMT deep groove ball bearings are made of high-purity vacuum degassed bearing steel with extremely few internal impurities and pores and uniform and dense metallographic structure, fundamentally eliminating early wear and fatigue peeling caused by loose materials. The inner and outer ring raceways adopt ultra-precision mirror grinding technology with accurate and symmetrical groove radian, matching high-precision polished steel balls to realize uniform and regular contact tracks, ultra-low operating friction resistance and stable and silent high-speed operation. The bearings undergo overall quenching and low-temperature tempering stabilization treatment with uniform surface hardness and excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance and pitting resistance, avoiding raceway peeling and steel ball wear during long-term continuous high-speed operation.

Multiple sealing structures are designed to adapt to full-scenario working conditions: open type without seal is suitable for clean, high-speed and oil bath lubrication conditions with excellent heat dissipation for precision high-speed motors and high-speed automatic equipment; ZZ double-sided iron seal adopts metal seal to prevent dust and debris with firm and non-deformable structure, suitable for dry and dusty workshops, textile, packaging and conveying equipment; 2RS double-sided rubber seal features tightly fitted rubber oil seal with excellent waterproof, oil-proof and water permeation resistance. It is suitable for water pumps, outdoor fans and humid working conditions, which can lock internal grease for long-term maintenance-free operation.

Two configurations of high-strength cold-rolled steel stamping cage and engineering nylon cage are adopted: the steel plate cage has strong rigidity, deformation resistance and high temperature resistance for high-speed and high-temperature continuous operation; the nylon cage has good self-lubricating performance and lower friction noise for silent precision electromechanical equipment with no abnormal noise or resonance during operation. All bearings are strictly divided into standard clearance and C3 increased clearance. C3 clearance is standard for high-speed equipment to reserve thermal expansion margin and eliminate bearing jamming caused by high-speed temperature rise.

Every NMT deep groove ball bearing undergoes strict factory inspections, including raceway contour accuracy detection, steel ball roundness sorting, noise and vibration test, high-speed temperature rise simulation, sealed waterproof and dustproof test and precise clearance grouping to eliminate defective products with insufficient accuracy, excessive noise and unstable performance. The operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to 120℃, compatible with grease and thin oil lubrication, adapting to conventional complex environments such as industrial dryness, humidity and dust.
