The rollers form complete surface contact with inner and outer raceways, greatly increasing the stress area and realizing uniform load distribution without stress concentration. This structural feature enables the bearing to bear ultra-large radial static load, dynamic impact load and unidirectional axial thrust simultaneously, adapting to complex working conditions such as frequent start-stop impact, continuous heavy pressure, eccentric operation and high-frequency reciprocating transmission. With micron-level precision clearance calibration before delivery, the internal matching gap is uniform and controllable, effectively avoiding roller offset, raceway wear, equipment deviation and abnormal vibration during heavy-load operation, and ensuring long-term transmission accuracy and operational stability of equipment.

The upgraded SUS316L low-carbon stainless steel model adds molybdenum elements to optimize material performance, with greatly improved resistance to seawater salt spray, strong acid-base and chemical medium corrosion.
