1. Failure Analysis of Heavy-Duty Industrial Equipment

Four mainstream structural types for targeted axial positioning needs:

NU Type (inner ring without ribs, outer ring double ribs): Pure radial load only, inner ring floats axially for long thermal expansion shafts, mill rolls and fans to compensate thermal elongation.

NJ Type (inner ring single rib, outer ring double ribs): One-way axial limit, mainstream model for reducer shafts, crushers and main motors balancing heavy radial load and single-side positioning.

4. Premium Material & Deep Hardening Heat Treatment

NMT adopts electroslag remelted high-purity alloy bearing steel with uniform carbide distribution to avoid crack initiation under alternating heavy load. Composite heat treatment of carburizing quenching + high-temperature tempering + cryogenic stabilization realizes deep hardened layer on rollers, raceways and ribs for strong wear & impact resistance. Cryogenic treatment eliminates residual stress to prevent dimensional relaxation after long-term high-temperature heavy-load operation.

Solid brass cages for severe shock conditions deliver integral structural strength against fracture; stamped steel cages for cost-effective roller table equipment. All rollers are sorted by outer diameter and end face dimension to realize even load distribution and avoid localized overload damage.
