4. Premium Material & Deep Hardening Heat Treatment

Inner rings, outer rings and rollers use electroslag remelted high-carbon Cr-Mo heavy-duty bearing steel with minimal inclusions and uniform fine carbides to restrain fatigue crack initiation under alternating vibration load. Deep carburizing quenching + low-temperature tempering on spherical raceway forms thick hardened layer for wear & pitting resistance, while tough substrate prevents brittle ring cracking under impact.

Heavy-duty CA model adopts integral machined solid brass cage with high circular rigidity, free from deformation & fracture under high-frequency vibration, accurate roller pocket positioning to avoid roller collision damage. General CC type uses high-strength cold-rolled stamped steel for cost control.

Widened dust-proof grease storage cavity on both sides fits skeleton oil seal for dual dust & water isolation. W33 circumferential outer ring groove connects grease fitting for online EP grease replenishment to maintain lubrication film against dust & moisture. Factory pre-filled mining-grade EP lithium grease supports continuous vibration operation from -20℃ to 120℃.

Both roller ends are rounded to release edge stress concentration during tilting alignment and prevent edge peeling & chipping. Double-row rollers are sorted by dimension for even load sharing to avoid premature single-row failure.
