1. Common Failure Mechanisms of Motor Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Conventional asynchronous motors and variable frequency motors run continuously at high speed. Frequent variable impact load from variable frequency start-stop causes fatigue pitting and spalling on raceways and balls due to excessive internal impurities of ordinary bearing steel, leading to growing abnormal noise.

High-frequency pulse voltage of variable frequency motor generates shaft current to break lubricating oil film, forming electrical erosion pits on rolling surfaces. Enlarged bearing clearance causes rotor eccentricity, excessive vibration and loosening of coupling and base bolts.

Optimized internal clearance: C2 small clearance for precision constant-speed motors; C3 large clearance for high-speed variable frequency and high-temperature expansion conditions to avoid thermal seizure and reserve heat dissipation space.

Optimized anti-shaft-current structure with insulating grease weakens electrical erosion damage from variable frequency shaft current. Service life is over 4 times longer than ordinary motor bearings to reduce disassembly and maintenance frequency.

4. Motor-Specific Precision Material & Machining Process

Inner rings, outer rings and balls use high-carbon chromium bearing steel with spheroidizing annealing for stable metallographic structure. Hardness after quenching and tempering is uniform to prevent out-of-round deformation under long-term high temperature.

Super-finishing for bearing raceways meets motor precision standard on waviness and roughness to suppress high-speed vibration and resonance noise.

Two cage options: Stamped steel wave cage features lightweight structure and excellent dynamic balance for high speed; PA66 glass fiber reinforced nylon cage provides superior self-lubrication and mute performance for silent fan motors.

Seal material selection: Nitrile rubber for general normal-temperature working conditions; FKM fluororubber for high-temperature and oil corrosion resistance. Pre-tension design of seal lip prevents seal detachment and oil leakage under vibration.

All finished products pass vibration detection, temperature rise test and clearance sorting for consistent precision within batches.
