Sludge treatment, offshore sand dredging, chemical reaction, mine washing and solid waste dehydration equipment all operate under composite conditions of high humidity, multi-medium corrosion and shaft deflection deformation. Conventional carbon steel spherical roller bearings only adopt simple anti-corrosion treatment by surface galvanizing. Sludge, ore slurry, seawater and chemical waste liquid will quickly break through the coating, forming pitting corrosion on the inner and outer ring raceways of bearings. Rust protrusions continuously abrade spherical rollers, resulting in edge chipping and fragmentation of rolling elements. Stamped steel cages are exposed to corrosive liquid for a long time, leading to rust penetration and disintegration at gaps, scattered rollers directly lock the rotating shaft.
Eccentric rotation of ore washing drums causes severe wear of cylinder steel plates and falling of liners; failure of bearings for chemical reactor stirring shafts leads to scraping of stirring paddles against the kettle body, uneven mixing of materials inside the kettle and leakage of corrosive media; seizure of drum bearings on offshore dredgers directly interrupts dredging operations, and the hoisting cost for emergency repair on offshore vessels is extremely high; corrosion and jamming of bearings for kitchen waste dehydrators cause sudden increase of spiral shaft torque and burnout of driving motors.
The service life of conventional carbon steel bearings under water-containing corrosion conditions is only 2 to 4 months. Frequent equipment shutdown for bearing replacement consumes a large amount of spare parts procurement funds, intermittent production leads to insufficient output, and the comprehensive operating costs of chemical, environmental protection and sand dredging enterprises remain high.

2.1 Spherical Self-Aligning Structure Adapts to Shaft Deformation to Avoid Unilateral Load Wear
Double-row symmetrical spherical rollers cooperate with arc-shaped outer ring raceways to achieve excellent self-aligning performance. When the main shaft has a maximum axial deflection of 1.5° due to heavy-load bending or installation misalignment, the internal rollers of the bearing can adaptively deflect to fit the raceways, maintaining uniform load distribution throughout the operation without unilateral roller locking and damage caused by stress concentration at edges. Compared with cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, it is perfectly suitable for large-deflection main shaft equipment such as long drums and long stirring shafts, fundamentally solving unilateral overload damage of bearings caused by shaft deformation.

Two anti-corrosion material options for integrated inner and outer rings:
General anti-corrosion type: 316L austenitic stainless steel forging base, resistant to fresh water ore slurry, municipal sludge, mild seawater and weak acid-base corrosion, suitable for mine ore washing, municipal sludge drying and kitchen waste dehydration equipment;
Heavy-duty strong corrosion resistant type: 2205 duplex stainless steel forgings with high strength, resistance to chloride pitting corrosion, strong acid and alkali resistance and long-term seawater immersion resistance, used for offshore sand dredgers, seawater transportation equipment and acid-base chemical reactors.
The bearing cage abandons traditional stamped iron cages and brass cages, and adopts solid stainless steel integral turning cages without splicing gaps to avoid corrosion accumulation and rust. Spherical rollers are also precisely ground with the same stainless steel material, with no carbon steel accessories in the whole bearing, completely eliminating the hidden danger of galvanic corrosion of dissimilar metals.

Sufficient spot models are available for low-cost transformation under conventional corrosion conditions.
Heavy-Duty Widened Stainless Steel Spherical Roller Bearing (22300 Series)
Widened rolling elements greatly increase rated dynamic load and static load with over 40% improvement in bearing capacity, focusing on heavy-duty impact scenarios. Suitable for main drums of large offshore sand dredgers, large sludge rotary drying kilns, heavy-duty mine ore washing cylinders and main shafts of large-diameter solid waste dehydration spirals to withstand alternating heavy loads and prevent plastic deformation of bearings.
Large-Bore Heavy-Duty Spherical Roller Bearing (23200 Series)
Wide double-row roller structure adapted to large-diameter thick-walled main shafts, mostly used for long-span horizontal stirring reactors, large-diameter seawater sand extraction drums and ultra-long sludge drying drums. The large inner diameter fits thick main shafts with sufficient self-aligning allowance for long-shaft large deflection deformation conditions.
4. Multi-Stage Sealing Solutions for Wet and Dry Working Conditions with Scenario-Based Sealing Selection
Two customized sealing structures are developed for three working conditions: onshore sludge ore slurry, offshore seawater salt spray and chemical liquid infiltration, to block the intrusion of liquid corrosive media into the internal lubrication cavity of bearings.
General Sealing for Onshore Environmental Protection & Mining: Metal Mud Baffle + Double-Layer FKM Oil Seal + Grease Storage Groove
The outer metal mud baffle blocks direct impact of large sludge, ore and solid waste residues on oil seals. Double-layer FKM oil seals block the penetration of sewage and leachate layer by layer. The annular grease storage groove on the bearing end face stores extreme pressure grease to continuously supply lubrication during low-speed and heavy-load operation of equipment, flush dirt accumulated at the sealing port, applicable to onshore equipment such as sludge dehydration, ore washing and solid waste treatment.
Reinforced Sealing for Marine & Chemical Anti-Corrosion: Labyrinth Path Seal + High-Temperature & Corrosion Resistant Composite Oil Seal + Axial Grease Fitting
The multi-layer curved labyrinth structure throws off seawater and chemical liquid by rotating centrifugal force. The composite oil seal resists high-concentration chloride ion and acid-base corrosion. The external grease fitting on the side supports grease filling without shutdown to replace damp and deteriorated grease inside. Maintenance of bearings for offshore vessels and closed chemical kettles can be realized without shutdown and disassembly, reducing the difficulty of high-altitude and offshore maintenance.

Products with raceway rust, seal leakage, self-aligning jamming and load deformation are fully scrapped to ensure flexible self-alignment, uniform load distribution of rolling elements and long-term anti-corrosion sealing performance of bearings.
