Second, seal aging and grease emulsification cause bearing jamming. Inner ring, outer ring raceway and tapered rollers are processed by mirror super-finishing grinding to reach precision-level surface roughness. The smooth curved surface is hard to adsorb salt, chemical crystal and ore slurry residue, cutting corrosion attachment points sharply. It evenly distributes contact stress under heavy load, preventing local high-pressure wear from damaging anti-rust passivation layer, realizing three advantages: wear resistance, anti-scaling and anti-corrosion, no local rust groove after long-term heavy-load operation.

2.4 Custom Anti-Salt & Anti-Corrosion Long-Lasting Grease to Prevent Cavity Jamming

The whole bearing cavity is pre-filled with NMT customized anti-emulsification extreme pressure grease, adapting to high humidity, salt water flushing and acid-alkali steam environment. It is not easy to be diluted, lost or saponified by aqueous solution, forming continuous compression-resistant oil film on raceway to isolate metal from corrosive medium. External anti-corrosion grease nipple is equipped for online grease replenishment without equipment shutdown to dissolve trace salt scale inside bearings and extend maintenance-free service life.

2.5 Standard ISO Dimension for Direct Replacement Without Equipment Modification

All products comply with national standard and ISO bearing dimension standards. The inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness and taper are fully interchangeable with conventional 32000, 30200, 32200, 32900 series tapered roller bearings.
