Third, fatigue cracking and short service life. After long-term continuous load operation, pitting spalling occurs on the bearing raceway, steel balls crack and cages break down. Sudden shutdown interrupts production line operation and increases emergency maintenance costs.

Fourth, seal failure leading to dust and water ingress. Bearings without effective dust-proof seals allow workshop dust and water mist to enter the cavity. Abrasive wear rapidly expands the bearing clearance, excessive rotational play and aggravated shaft vibration accelerate component loss.

2.1 Modulated Heat Treatment of GCr15 Bearing Steel to Balance Strength and Wear Resistance

The main raw material adopts national standard GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, with complete processing procedures including forging blank forming, spheroidizing annealing, integral quenching and low-temperature tempering. The hardness of inner rings, outer rings and steel balls is stably maintained at HRC60-64, delivering excellent contact fatigue strength and wear resistance.

Compared with ordinary carbon steel bearings and simple quenched bearings, the resistance to rolling compression and impact is greatly improved. Faced with impact load during motor startup and unbalanced wind pressure load of fans, surface indentation and raceway spalling are effectively avoided, and the service life under continuous operation is increased by 2 to 3 times. Spectral detection is implemented for incoming raw materials to eliminate impurity steel. The hardness of batch products is uniform without local rapid wear caused by soft and hard spots.

2.2 Mirror Ultra-Precision Grinding of Inner and Outer Ring Raceways for High-Speed Silent Operation and Low Heat Generation

The inner and outer ring raceways are processed by two passes of ultra-precision grinding. The raceway contour curve fits the movement track of steel balls perfectly with greatly improved surface finish and reduced friction coefficient.

Advantage 1: Friction heat at high speed is greatly reduced, bearing temperature rise is controlled within a reasonable range, grease is not prone to deterioration under high temperature, and overheating failure is avoided under long-term full-load operation.

Advantage 2: Regular movement track of steel balls eliminates rolling jamming, realizes low overall operating noise, suitable for silent fans, precision motors and laboratory transmission equipment.

Advantage 3: Smooth raceway is not easy to accumulate dust and impurities, the wear rate is slower under slight dust environment, and the effective service cycle of bearings is prolonged.

Radial clearance is strictly controlled with optional C2, C0 and C3 standard clearances. C3 large clearance is suitable for high-temperature motors and large temperature difference working conditions to offset the risk of locking caused by thermal expansion; standard C0 clearance is applied for conventional normal-temperature precision transmission.

2.3 Three Types of Sealing Structures for Customized Dustproof and Waterproof Selection

Open Type (OPEN): No sealing cover, excellent heat dissipation, suitable for ultra-high-speed spindles and equipment requiring regular grease replenishment and maintenance, with minimum rotational resistance and maximum limit rotating speed.

ZZ Double-sided Metal Dust Shield: Stamped cold-rolled steel sealing cover fastened to the bearing end face to block dust, dry debris and cotton fiber particles from entering the bearing interior. Ideal for dry workshops, fans, air compressors, agricultural harvesters and other dry dusty scenarios with sturdy protective structure against deformation and falling off.

2RS Double-sided Rubber Seal: Nitrile oil-resistant rubber lip seal closely fits the inner ring end face to block water mist, a small amount of oil stains and humid water vapor penetration. Suitable for water pumps, wet dust removal fans and outdoor small motors to prevent grease emulsification and rust caused by water vapor.

All seals are assembled by pressing for tight fit. General lithium-based grease is pre-filled before delivery, ready for direct installation without additional grease pre-treatment.

4. Installation, Usage and Maintenance Tips

Avoid directly striking the bearing outer ring during installation. Hot mounting or sleeve pressing for the inner ring is recommended to prevent hidden damage to raceways and steel balls caused by impact.

For high-temperature motors with continuous working temperature exceeding 80℃, customized high-temperature composite grease version can be selected to delay grease carbonization failure.

Prioritize ZZ sealed version for long-term dusty working conditions, directly select 2RS rubber seal for working conditions with water mist. Open-type bearings are recommended to replenish lubricating grease for maintenance every 3 to 6 months.

Store products in dry and ventilated warehouses with horizontal stacking. Avoid vertical placement of bearings for a long time to prevent deformation of the inner ring due to self-weight and loss of rotation precision.
