Double-row spherical roller structure for adaptive angle deviation

The product adopts integrated structure of double raceways on inner ring and spherical outer ring. The outer ring can realize floating angle adjustment to automatically adapt to angular deviation caused by main shaft deformation, frame deformation and assembly alignment error, disperse combined axial and radial load, and prevent unilateral concentrated load from damaging rollers and raceways. Double-row rollers share the load evenly, with bearing capacity more than twice that of single-row roller bearings, which can stably bear starting impact load, continuous rated load and inertial vibration load.

High-strength forged base material + deep heat treatment for impact resistance and compression resistance

It is made of special alloy steel for large bearings, formed by ingot forging and fiber streamline molding to avoid internal loose pore defects of raw materials. Composite heat treatment of carburizing quenching and high-temperature tempering is carried out on the whole. The surface hardness of raceways and rollers is sufficient, and the core retains high toughness. It can not only resist surface indentation caused by hard particles, but also withstand sudden impact and collision load of heavy equipment, so integral fracture and cracking are not easy to occur. Customized high-temperature tempering version is provided for high-temperature working conditions to stably bear continuous working temperature above 180℃.

Multi-channel lubrication diversion groove design for online lubrication maintenance

Annular oil guide grooves and oil injection channels are reserved on the end face of the bearing to cooperate with the equipment oil circuit for online oil replenishment. New and old grease can be smoothly replaced to discharge dust and aged hardened grease from the inside of the bearing and avoid abrasive damage to raceways caused by impurity accumulation. Two sealing options are available: steel plate dust cover blocks large particle dust for dry and dusty workshops; composite rubber oil seal is used for high-temperature water vapor and ore slurry splashing scenarios to block water vapor and mud penetration and protect long-term stability of internal lubrication system.

4. Installation, Use and Maintenance Guidelines

During installation, avoid directly knocking the outer ring of the bearing for stress. Use hot charging process to evenly heat the inner ring for assembly to ensure the bearing fits the positioning surface of the main shaft and prevent initial eccentric load damage caused by inclined assembly. Check the overall level of the bearing seat after installation to reduce hard alignment pressure.

Daily maintenance: Models with oil nozzles are filled with grease regularly according to equipment maintenance cycle to discharge old grease; sealed maintenance-free models only need to check equipment temperature regularly. Stop the machine to troubleshoot lubrication and load abnormality when the operating temperature exceeds 90℃. Apply anti-rust grease on the exposed end face of the bearing and cover the dust cover for long-term shutdown storage, and place it in a dry warehouse to avoid condensation rust.
