Use a torque wrench to tighten the lock nut to ensure uniform preload on both sides of the bearing.

Lubrication maintenance specifications

Fill high-temperature resistant lithium base grease during assembly for new vehicle overhaul, with the filling volume accounting for 60%-70% of the bearing cavity to avoid heat generation caused by excessive grease. Perform grease replenishment maintenance every 20,000 kilometers for vehicles and every 500 hours of operation for construction machinery to discharge aged hardened grease.

Storage protection
