1. Fatal Defects of Ordinary Bearings Under Special Working Conditions
Mass-produced ordinary bearings are designed for general working conditions, leading to performance collapse in environments with sudden changes and special stress modes. Finished bearings with fixed clearance are prone to two extreme failures: seizure under high temperature and excessive looseness under low temperature, directly interrupting continuous production line operation.
In dust-free workshops for food, medicine and precision optical equipment, lubricating grease of ordinary bearings is easy to precipitate impurities, and simple sealing structure will cause grease leakage to pollute products. Targeted material modification to adapt to corrosive, low and high temperature environments
Forging processing is carried out with stainless steel substrates, high-temperature heat-resistant alloy steel, acid and alkali resistant alloy steel according to service environment. Low-temperature tempering is adopted for low-temperature environments to eliminate cold brittleness of steel. Overall nitriding anti-corrosion treatment is applied for chemical corrosion scenarios to form dense anti-corrosion layers on the bearing surface to isolate erosion from water vapor, acid, alkali and salt spray. High-temperature resistant base materials are used for high-temperature working conditions to inhibit softening deformation under high temperature and stabilize high-temperature bearing capacity.
Streamlined raceway forming to reduce fatigue loss under alternating load
Break the fixed shape of traditional arc raceway, conduct streamlined curved grinding combined with equipment stress direction, so that the stress distribution of rolling elements is more uniform during reciprocating stress and swinging operation, avoid local stress concentration leading to point fatigue damage, and greatly extend the fatigue service life of bearings for reciprocating motion, suitable for parts such as swing cylinders, conveyor rollers and reciprocating reducers.
Composite multi-layer sealing + pre-embedded lubrication structure
Differentiated sealing schemes are configured for mud, dust, oil pollution and clean workshops respectively: heavy-duty field equipment adopts double-layer seal of metal framework and fluororubber with dust retaining edge structure; clean equipment uses food-grade non-precipitation grease and fully closed labyrinth seal to prevent grease leakage; long-term maintenance-free equipment is pre-equipped with long-life grease storage cavity inside the bearing to extend grease replenishment cycle and reduce equipment opening maintenance times.
Fine classification and matching of bearing clearance
Break the limitation of single specification of standard clearance, divide multiple grades including ultra-small clearance, micro-clearance, standard clearance, large clearance and extra-large clearance. Large clearance is selected for high-temperature equipment to offset thermal expansion, ultra-small clearance is used for precision positioning equipment to control radial runout, and low-temperature contraction gap is reserved for low-temperature equipment to avoid operation failures caused by temperature from the dimensional level.
