The spindles of machining centers run at high speed for long-term cutting. Ordinary low-precision angular contact bearings have insufficient raceway accuracy and unbalanced preload of bearing pairing, resulting in excessive axial play and radial runout of the spindle, out-of-tolerance dimensional tolerance of machined workpieces, obvious vibration lines on the surface and sharp increase of tool loss.
