1. Pain Points of Ordinary Bearings in Humid and Corrosive Working Conditions
Food production workshops use hot water, caustic soda and disinfectants to clean equipment every day. Pharmaceutical production lines require regular disinfection with alcohol and acid-base cleaning agents. Aquatic processing and coastal outdoor equipment are exposed to high salt spray and humid environments for a long time. Conventional carbon steel deep groove ball bearings have obvious defects under such working conditions. After contacting water vapor and corrosive liquid, carbon steel will produce rust spots in a short time. Corrosion gradually erodes the raceway and steel balls, resulting in increased bearing clearance, rotation jamming and abnormal noise, which directly causes conveyor roller deviation, filling spindle runout and equipment transmission failure.
The sealing lip of most ordinary sealed bearings has poor corrosion resistance. Disinfectant will crack the rubber sealing ring, water vapor directly enters the bearing cavity to emulsify the grease, and the bearing will seize at high temperature after grease failure. The production line needs to shut down to replace bearings every week. The superimposed cost of parts procurement, production loss during shutdown and manual maintenance leads to high overall operation cost. At the same time, the food and pharmaceutical industry has strict requirements for accessory cleanliness. Rust debris falling off rusted bearings will pollute products, resulting in scrapping of the entire batch of raw materials and huge quality losses.

(1) Customized material selection of multi-grade stainless steel
Select 304 stainless steel matrix for mild humid working conditions to balance cost performance and rust resistance; adopt integral 316 stainless steel for high salt spray, strong acid and alkali disinfection environment. Molybdenum element strengthens the material's resistance to chloride ion corrosion. No intergranular corrosion cracking occurs in seawater and disinfectant immersion environment. The overall structure has no welding splicing to eliminate gap corrosion.
(2) Mirror-level raceway superfinishing process
The inner and outer ring raceways of the bearing are secondarily polished by CNC superfinishing equipment. The surface roughness of the raceway reaches the mirror level. The fitting gap between steel balls and raceways is uniform to reduce the probability of impurity jamming. Even a small amount of water residue will not form pitting pits, and the long-term rotation accuracy is stable.
(3) Multiple sealing structures adapted to anti-corrosion scenarios
Fluororubber seals are standard configuration. Different from ordinary nitrile rubber, fluororubber resists corrosion of alcohol, strong alkali, edible oil and seawater. The curved waterproof design of the sealing lip can prevent liquid penetration even under direct spraying of high-pressure water guns. The open structure is suitable for high-temperature drying equipment to facilitate cleaning and purging residual materials.
(4) Overall heat treatment to stabilize dimensional accuracy
Special solid solution heat treatment process for stainless steel bearings avoids deformation after processing of conventional stainless steel bearings.
