Speed note: 15° small contact angle lowers friction torque suitable for high-speed operation. <<>> composite arrangement combines advantages of tandem and back-to-back layout, delivering elevated unidirectional axial capacity and anti-overturning performance. Matching accuracy and preload are factory preset. Disassembly, separate use or random combination with other single bearings are prohibited.

2 Structure & Operating Characteristics

Japan NMT 7006 CD/P4AQBCB is a factory-matched four-unit <<>> composite angular contact bearing set in 7006 size with 15° high-load D-type design. Four individually selected bearings form an integrated assembly with integrated bearing steel rings. D-type raceway optimizes rolling element load distribution.

This complete matched assembly is calibrated at factory. Disassembly and rearrangement are prohibited. Open construction supports high-speed grease lubrication and oil-air lubrication; no pre-filled lubricant inside bearings.

Bearing steel offers high hardness, excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability under long-term operation. The 15° contact angle balances high-speed performance and axial rigidity. The <<>> layout merges tandem high thrust capacity and back-to-back overturning resistance, ideal for heavy-duty spindles under large unidirectional axial load plus radial offset load and oscillating cutting conditions. Factory light preload balances structural rigidity and heat generation during continuous high-speed operation.

3 Core Performance Advantages

1. 15° D geometry + Factory four-unit <<>> composite matched set: Greatly improved unidirectional axial load capacity with anti-overturning capability, suitable for heavy-duty complex load conditions.

2. Factory preset light preload: Sufficient rigidity to suppress spindle chatter, controlled temperature rise under continuous high-speed rotation.

3. Bearing Steel Substrate: Excellent fatigue and wear resistance, stable precision under prolonged heavy-load high-speed operation.

4. P4A Ultra-Precision Grade: Strict rotary runout control to secure machining accuracy during heavy cutting.

5. Open Seal-Free Construction: Eliminates seal friction loss, improves heat dissipation and fully compatible with high-speed oil-air lubrication systems.

4 Typical Application Scenarios

4.1 Heavy-Duty High-Speed Mould Engraving & Milling Spindles: Large mould heavy cutting and deep cavity machining spindle units.

4.2 Medium & Large Precision Internal/External Grinding Spindles: Grinding machines enduring heavy continuous unidirectional feed thrust.

4.3 Heavy-Duty Precision Rotary Table Supports: High-precision rotary mechanisms under unidirectional axial thrust and radial offset load.

5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines

5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards

P4A high-precision four-bearing set must be assembled in dust-free clean environment. Remove all burrs and debris on shaft and housing mating surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is recommended. Never strike bearing rings or raceways directly. Mount the whole set as one unit; disassembly for separate installation is forbidden.

5.2 Matching Layout & Preload Instructions

This bearing is factory pre-matched four-unit <<>> assembly with fixed factory preload. Disassembly and mixing with other single bearings are not allowed. Align the main axial load direction with bearing layout during mounting. No extra forced preload required; implement axial positioning by shaft shoulders, precision spacers and end caps.

5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions

No pre-filled lubricant inside bearings. Oil-air lubrication recommended for continuous operation near speed limits; premium high-speed grease can be adopted for intermittent medium-low speed production. Do not mix different lubricant brands and grades. Periodically inspect lubrication supply pipelines.

5.4 Speed Parameter Note

Contact SKF to obtain reference limiting speed values. Reserve a 20%~25% safety margin for heavy-load operation; maximum permissible speed decreases with increased axial load.

6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting

Carry out multi-stage low-speed progressive running-in after assembly. Continuously monitor bearing temperature rise and vibration spectrum. Raise speed to nominal operating level only after parameters stabilize. Open design provides no dust protection; machining equipment must be equipped with external labyrinth dust seals or contact sealing assemblies.

Maintain continuous and stable lubricant supply to avoid dry friction. Avoid frequent severe alternating reverse impact loads. In case of rapid temperature increase, intensified vibration and abnormal noise, sequentially check lubrication supply, mounting coaxiality and whether actual load exceeds rated range.
