Japan NMT 7007 ACDGC/P4A is a 7007 size 25° high-load D-type precision single angular contact bearing constructed with integrated heat-treated bearing steel rings and super-finished raceways. Optimized D-shaped raceway equalizes contact stress, and the 25° contact angle withstands combined radial and bidirectional axial loads.

Open non-sealed design removes seal friction loss, compatible with oil-air lubrication and high-speed grease lubrication systems. No lubricant pre-filled; lubricant shall be added during assembly.

Supplied as independent single bearing without factory fixed arrangement. Equipment manufacturers can combine multiple bearings and precision spacers to build back-to-back, face-to-face, tandem and multi-set composite support structures. Uniform Class C measured load tolerance facilitates dimensional calculation and preload tuning, suitable for precision machinery with self-designed preload mechanism.

5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines

5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards

P4A high-precision bearings shall be assembled in dust-free clean workshops. Remove all burrs and metal debris on shaft and housing mating surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is recommended. Never strike bearing rings or raceways directly. When multiple bearings are paired, select same-batch products to minimize assembly error.

5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions

This loose single bearing has no factory preset pairing; back-to-back, face-to-face or tandem arrangements can be freely selected. Preload follows measured load Class C. Target preload is achieved by adjusting spacer thickness via dimensional chain calculation. Modify spacer dimensions if preload level needs adjustment.

5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions

No pre-filled lubricant. Oil-air lubrication is preferred for continuous long-duration high-speed running; dedicated high-speed grease is applicable for intermittent operation. Do not mix lubricants of different brands or types. Regularly inspect lubrication pipelines.

5.4 Speed Parameter Note

Obtain limiting speed reference data from SKF. Maintain adequate safety margin according to actual load; moderately reduce operating speed under increased load to control bearing temperature.

6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting

Implement multi-stage low-speed progressive running-in after assembly. Raise speed to rated value only after temperature rise and vibration stabilize. Open bearings do not have dustproof capability; main machine must be fitted with labyrinth or contact dust seals.

Ensure continuous and stable lubricant supply to avoid rolling surface damage caused by dry friction. In case of abnormal temperature rise, increased vibration or operating noise, sequentially check lubrication supply, mounting coaxiality, spacer precision, preload and actual operating load.
