Note: The 15° contact angle balances high-speed performance and radial load capacity. D-type raceway optimizes contact stress distribution. Bearing steel delivers high hardness and wear resistance. Supplied as factory screened triple set arranged <>> with preset light preload. Do not split the set, otherwise matching accuracy and preload will be lost. Open design requires external dust sealing.
2 Structure & Operating Characteristics
Japan NMT 7007 CD/P4ATBTB is a 7007 size 15° high-load D-type pre-matched triple angular contact bearing set made of heat-treated bearing steel rings with super-finished raceways. The 15° contact angle suits high-speed applications and supports heavy radial plus bidirectional axial loads.
Open non-sealed construction eliminates seal drag, compatible with oil-air lubrication and high-speed grease systems. No lubricant pre-filled; lubricant shall be added during assembly.
The triple set is dimensionally selected and calibrated in factory, fixed in <>> arrangement with preset light preload. It delivers balanced rigidity and consistent assembly performance, eliminating customer work for separate selection and spacer grinding. Suitable for manufacturers prioritizing assembly efficiency, spindle rigidity and rotational stability. Disassembly of the matched set voids matching precision.
3 Core Performance Advantages
1. 15° contact angle + high-load D raceway: Excellent high-speed capability, strong radial load capacity, uniform contact stress.
2. P4A ultra-precision grade: Strict rotary runout control for stable long-term accuracy.
3. Bearing steel material: High mechanical strength and outstanding wear resistance for reliable loaded operation.
4. Factory pre-matched triple <>> set: No on-site pairing required for fast assembly and stable rigidity.
5. Pre-set light preload from factory: Unified preload parameters, reducing on-site tuning work.
6. Open seal-free construction, low friction, compatible with various high-speed precision lubrication systems.
4 Typical Application Scenarios
4.1 High-speed machining centers, CNC engraving & milling spindles: Models requiring high speed, high rigidity and simplified bearing assembly.
4.2 Precision high-speed grinding machine spindles: Continuous high-speed operation with strict requirements on vibration and rotational accuracy.
4.3 Automatic precision grinding units, high-speed test rotary shafts: Medium-heavy load applications demanding consistent assembly in mass production.
5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines
5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards
P4A high-precision matched set must be assembled in dust-free clean workshops. Remove all burrs and metal debris on shaft and housing mating surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is recommended for the whole unit. Never strike bearing rings or rolling elements directly. Disassembly of the matched triple set is forbidden.
5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions
This is a factory pre-calibrated triple bearing set fixed in <>> layout; free rearrangement is not allowed. Light preload is preset at factory, no extra spacer grinding is required under normal working conditions. Disassembly will permanently destroy original matching accuracy.
5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions
No pre-filled lubricant. Oil-air lubrication is preferred for continuous long-duration high-speed running; dedicated high-speed grease can be used for intermittent operation. Do not mix lubricants of different brands or types. Inspect lubrication pipelines regularly.
5.4 Speed Parameter Note
Obtain limiting speed reference data from SKF. Maintain adequate safety margin according to actual load; moderately reduce operating speed under increased load to control bearing temperature.
6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting
Implement multi-stage low-speed progressive running-in after assembly. Raise speed to rated value only after temperature rise and vibration stabilize. Open bearings have no dustproof capability; main machine must be fitted with labyrinth or contact dust seals.
Ensure continuous and stable lubricant supply to avoid rolling surface damage caused by dry friction. In case of abnormal temperature rise, increased vibration or operating noise, sequentially check lubrication supply, mounting coaxiality, installation tolerance and actual operating load.
