Open non-sealed construction minimizes drag torque. Two lubrication modes are available: high-speed grease lubrication up to 38,000 r/min, and continuous ultra-high-speed oil-air lubrication up to 56,000 r/min. 5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards
P4A high-precision bearings must be assembled in dust-free clean areas. Remove all burrs and debris on shaft and housing mating surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is recommended. Never strike bearing rings or rolling elements directly. If multiple bearings are combined, use products from the same batch to maintain precision consistency.
5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions
Supplied as single loose bearing without factory duplex configuration and default preload. If axial preload is required after assembly, dedicated spacers must be designed and adjusted on site.
5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions
No pre-filled lubricant. Premium high-speed grease is suitable for intermittent medium-high speed operation with maximum speed 38,000 r/min. Continuous ultra-high-speed service recommends oil-air lubrication up to 56,000 r/min. Avoid mixing different lubricant types and maintain lubrication pipelines periodically.

6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting
Implement staged low-speed running-in after assembly; gradually increase speed to operating level once temperature and vibration stabilize. Open bearings lack dust resistance, so labyrinth seals or dust shields must be fitted on machinery.
Ensure consistent lubricant supply to avoid dry friction. When abnormal temperature rise, vibration or noise occurs, inspect lubrication supply, mounting coaxiality, preload value, applied load and integrity of dust seals sequentially.
