2 Structure & Operating Characteristics
Japan NMT 7010 ACDGA/HCP4A is a size 7010 ultra-high-speed precision hybrid ceramic angular contact ball bearing. Inner and outer rings are ultra-precision ground from premium bearing steel, rolling elements are high-purity silicon nitride ceramic balls. The 25° contact angle balances radial stiffness and axial load capacity to sustain combined loads. Strict GA sorting process controls dimensional and clearance dispersion. After duplex mounting, excellent coaxiality ensures stable rotation and mild temperature rise under continuous high-speed operation, protecting bearings against electrical corrosion on motor spindles.
Supplied as non-pre-matched single bearings, multiple duplex layouts including DB, DF and tandem are optional. Precise preload can be set with spacers and shims. This low-friction open bearing is widely fitted on high-speed engraving & milling spindles, mold machining center spindles, PCB drilling spindles, high-speed grinding spindles and other ultra-precision high-speed machinery.

5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines
5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards
P4A precision hybrid ceramic bearings shall be assembled in dust-free clean workshop. Remove all burrs and metal debris from shaft and housing fitting surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is recommended with limited heating temperature. Never strike bearing rings or ceramic balls directly. Select same-batch GA grade bearings for duplex assembly to reduce height difference and uneven load distribution.
5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions
No factory duplex assembly. All duplex layouts and target preload are set on-site with spacers and shims. GA sorting grade is only a selection reference. Hybrid ceramic bearings require moderate preload at high speed. Check spindle temperature and vibration after assembly to confirm preload status. Avoid excessive preload causing overheating failure.
5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions
No pre-filled lubricant. Special grease for high-speed spindles applies to intermittent high-speed operation. Oil-air lubrication is mandatory for continuous ultra-high-speed running to remove friction heat efficiently. Do not mix greases or oils of different brands and models. Inspect lubrication pipelines regularly.
5.4 Speed Parameter Note
It achieves higher limiting DN value than all-steel bearings of identical dimension. Keep sufficient safety margin based on load and cooling conditions; reduce running speed under heavy load.
6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting
Carry out multi-stage low-speed running-in after assembly. Gradually raise speed to rated value only after temperature rise and vibration stabilize. Open bearings have no built-in dust shield; labyrinth or air curtain dust-proof device must be installed on equipment.
Maintain continuous and stable lubrication; dry friction operation is forbidden. In case of abnormal temperature rise, abnormal noise or sharp vibration increase, inspect lubrication supply, assembly coaxiality, preload shim thickness, load condition and dust protection integrity sequentially.
