Note: The 25° ACE contact angle balances radial stiffness and axial capacity, suitable for combined milling and grinding loads. HC hybrid ceramic design reduces centrifugal force of rolling elements at high speed, stabilizes temperature rise, and provides insulation against electrical corrosion caused by spindle current. GA grade undergoes strict dimension sorting with low dispersion, allowing flexible configuration of DB/DF/DT according to spindle load characteristics. Open design eliminates seal drag and suits oil-air lubrication. No pre-filled grease, independent spindle lubrication system is required. Bearings for pairing should be selected from the same batch to prevent uneven preload. Open construction offers no dust protection; labyrinth or air curtain dust-proof structure must be installed on equipment.

2 Structure & Operating Characteristics

Japan NMT 7010 ACEGA/HCP4A is size 7010 ultra-high-speed precision hybrid ceramic single angular contact ball bearing with 25° contact angle. Inner and outer rings are ultra-precision mirror-ground from high-carbon chromium bearing steel, rolling elements adopt high-purity silicon nitride ceramic balls. Produced to GA sorting standard to tightly control tolerance scatter of face height and internal clearance, ensuring interchangeable pairing within the same batch.

Low-density ceramic balls generate less heat than all-steel bearings at high rotation speed and restrain thermal drift. Insulation property solves electrical corrosion failure common on high-speed motor spindles. Supplied as single loose bearings without fixed factory matching. Users can freely adopt DB bidirectional load layout, DF high-rigidity layout or DT heavy unidirectional load tandem layout based on axial load direction and rigidity demand. Widely applied on mold engraving & milling spindles, high-speed CNC grinding spindles, PCB machining spindles and motor spindles for medium-small vertical machining centers.

3 Core Performance Advantages

1. 25° ACE contact angle: Balanced radial stiffness and axial capacity for combined cutting loads.

2. HC hybrid ceramic construction: Light ceramic balls, low temperature rise, anti-electrical insulation, higher DN limit than all-steel bearings.

3. P4A high precision grade: Strict rotary runout control to sustain machining accuracy under long high-speed operation.

4. GA high-grade sorted single bearing: Excellent dimensional consistency, supports flexible DB/DF/DT on-site matching within same batch.

5. Open unsealed structure: Zero seal friction loss, fully compatible with oil-air high-speed forced lubrication.

5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines

5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards

P4A hybrid ceramic precision bearings shall be assembled in dust-free clean environment. Remove all burrs and metal debris on shaft and housing fitting surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is preferred with heating temperature strictly limited. Never strike bearing rings or ceramic balls directly. Select bearings from identical batch for pairing assembly.

5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions

This is sorted single bearing without factory pre-matching. DB, DF, DT layout and preload grade (L1/L2/L3 etc.) are realized via spacer adjustment on site. Avoid excessive preload for hybrid ceramic bearings under high-speed conditions. Measure spindle temperature rise and vibration after assembly to prevent thermal seizure caused by over-preload. Choose DB/DF for alternating bidirectional loads, adopt DT tandem arrangement for continuous heavy unidirectional axial loads.

5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions

No pre-filled lubricant. Special high-speed spindle grease can be used for intermittent high-speed operation. Oil-air forced circulation lubrication is mandatory for long continuous ultra-high-speed running to evacuate friction heat efficiently. Do not mix lubricants of different brands or models; inspect lubrication pipelines regularly.

5.4 Speed Parameter Note

It achieves higher DN limit than all-steel bearings of same dimension. Reserve sufficient safety margin based on axial load and cooling conditions; reduce rated speed under sustained heavy load.

6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting

Carry out multi-stage low-speed running-in after assembly. Increase speed to rated value only after temperature and vibration stabilize. Open bearings have no built-in dust shield; equipment dust-proof system must be retained.

Maintain continuous lubrication supply and prohibit dry friction operation. In case of abnormal temperature rise, noise or sharp vibration growth, sequentially check lubrication supply, assembly coaxial accuracy, preload amount, load condition and integrity of dust-proof device.
