Full Product Attributes

Contact form: two-point contact

Number of rows: single row single bearing

Matching mode: GA selected single bearings, flexible for DB back-to-back, DF face-to-face, DT tandem arrangement on site

Precision class: P4A precision grade

Material: All-steel bearing (steel rings + steel rolling elements)

Seal: Open type, no seal

Note: The 25° ACE contact angle balances radial stiffness and axial capacity, suitable for combined milling and grinding loads. The mature all-steel design brings prominent cost advantages. GA grade adopts unified sorting control to minimize face height deviation within batch, convenient for spacer adjustment and preload setting on site. Open layout eliminates seal drag and adapts to oil-air forced lubrication; independent spindle lubrication system is required without pre-filled grease. Without insulation property of ceramic balls, electric corrosion may occur under spindle current. Switch to 7010 ACEGA/HCP4A hybrid ceramic version for applications with electric corrosion risk. Bearings from identical batch are recommended for pairing. Open design provides no dust protection; labyrinth or air curtain dust-proof structure must be installed on equipment.

2 Structure & Operating Characteristics

Japan NMT 7010 ACEGA/P4A is size 7010 ultra-precision all-steel single angular contact ball bearing with 25° contact angle. Inner rings, outer rings and rolling elements are manufactured from high-carbon chromium bearing steel with ultra-precision mirror grinding. Produced to GA sorting standard to strictly control tolerance of face height and internal clearance for reliable pairing in same batch.

Steel rolling elements deliver stable load capacity for regular medium & high-speed cutting conditions. Supplied as loose single bearings without factory pre-matching. Users can select DB bidirectional load layout, DF high-rigidity layout or DT heavy unidirectional load tandem layout according to spindle load characteristics. Widely used for general engraving-milling spindles, medium-small machining center spindles, conventional CNC internal & external grinding spindles and other equipment without severe electric corrosion risk.

3 Core Performance Advantages

1. 25° ACE contact angle: Balanced radial stiffness and axial capacity for combined cutting loads.

2. Mature all-steel construction: Stable load capacity, lower procurement cost compared with hybrid ceramic bearings.

3. P4A high precision grade: Strict rotary runout control to maintain machining accuracy under medium-high speed operation.

4. GA high-grade sorted single bearing: Small dimensional scatter, supports flexible DB/DF/DT on-site matching within same batch.

5. Open unsealed structure: Zero seal friction loss, fully compatible with oil-air high-speed forced lubrication.

5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines

5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards

P4A precision bearings shall be assembled in dust-free clean environment. Remove all burrs and metal debris on shaft and housing fitting surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is preferred with heating temperature strictly limited. Never strike bearing rings or rolling elements directly. Select bearings from identical batch for pairing assembly.

5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions

This is sorted single bearing without factory pre-matching. DB, DF, DT layout and preload grade (L1/L2/L3 etc.) are realized via spacer adjustment on site. Avoid excessive preload under high-speed conditions. Measure spindle temperature rise and vibration after assembly to prevent seizure caused by over-preload. Choose DB/DF for alternating bidirectional loads; adopt DT tandem arrangement for continuous heavy unidirectional axial loads.

Important reminder: All-steel bearings are prone to pitting electric corrosion when spindle current exists. Replace with 7010 ACEGA/HCP4A hybrid ceramic model for such working conditions.

5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions

No pre-filled lubricant. Special high-speed spindle grease applies to intermittent medium-high-speed operation. Oil-air forced circulation lubrication is mandatory for long continuous high-speed running to evacuate friction heat efficiently. Do not mix lubricants of different brands or models; inspect lubrication pipelines regularly.

5.4 Speed Parameter Note

The limit DN value is lower than hybrid ceramic bearings of the same dimension. Reserve sufficient safety margin based on axial load and cooling conditions; reduce maximum operating speed under sustained heavy load.

6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting

Carry out multi-stage low-speed running-in after assembly. Increase speed to rated value only after temperature and vibration stabilize. Open bearings have no built-in dust shield; equipment dust-proof system cannot be omitted.

Maintain continuous lubrication supply and prohibit dry friction operation. In case of abnormal temperature rise, noise or sharp vibration growth, sequentially check lubrication supply, assembly coaxial accuracy, preload amount, load condition and integrity of dust-proof device.
