Full Product Attributes

Contact form: two-point contact

Number of rows: single row single bearing

Matching mode: GB standard sorted single bearings, support DB back-to-back, DF face-to-face, DT tandem assembly on site

Precision class: P4A precision grade

Material: All-steel bearing (steel rings + steel rolling elements)

Seal: Open type, no seal

Note: The 25° ACE contact angle balances radial stiffness and axial capacity for regular milling and grinding combined loads. Proven all-steel design delivers cost advantages compared with GA grade. GB is standard sorting grade with larger dimensional scatter than GA; same-batch selection and extra spacer adjustment margin are recommended during pairing. Open design eliminates seal drag and suits oil-air forced lubrication; independent lubrication unit is required without pre-filled grease. Without ceramic insulation, electric pitting corrosion easily occurs under spindle current. Upgrade to 7010 ACEGA/HCP4A hybrid ceramic model for applications with electric corrosion risk. Open bearing has no dust resistance; labyrinth or air curtain dust-proof structure must be equipped on equipment.

2 Structure & Operating Characteristics

Japan NMT 7010 ACEGB/P4A is size 7010 all-steel precision single angular contact ball bearing with 25° contact angle. Inner rings, outer rings and rolling elements are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel with ultra-precision mirror grinding. Manufactured under GB standard sorting rules to control face height and internal clearance to satisfy general machine spindle pairing requirements.

Steel rolling elements provide stable load capacity for medium & regular high-speed cutting. Supplied as loose single bearings without factory pre-matching. Users can freely select DB bidirectional load layout, DF high-rigidity layout or DT heavy unidirectional load tandem layout according to spindle load conditions. Widely applied to economical engraving & milling spindles, general machining center spindles and traditional CNC grinding spindles with medium requirements on dimensional consistency.

3 Core Performance Advantages

1. 25° ACE contact angle: Balanced radial stiffness and axial capacity for general combined cutting loads.

2. Mature all-steel construction: Stable load performance, more competitive price than GA grade bearings.

3. P4A high precision grade: Strict rotary runout control to stabilize machining accuracy at medium-high speed.

4. GB standard sorted single bearing: Meet general DB/DF/DT on-site pairing demands, interchangeable within same batch.

5. Open unsealed structure: Zero seal friction loss, fully compatible with oil-air high-speed forced lubrication system.

5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines

5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards

P4A precision bearings must be assembled in dust-free clean conditions. Remove all burrs and metal debris on shaft and housing mating surfaces. Controlled thermal mounting is preferred with heating temperature strictly limited. Never strike bearing rings or rolling elements directly. Select bearings from the same batch for pairing assembly.

5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions

This is standard sorted single bearing without factory pre-matching. DB, DF, DT layout and preload grade (L1/L2/L3) are realized via spacer adjustment on site. Avoid excessive preload under high-speed operation. Test spindle temperature rise and vibration after assembly to prevent seizure caused by over-preload. DB/DF layout for alternating bidirectional loads; DT tandem layout for continuous heavy unidirectional axial loads.

Important reminder: All-steel bearings suffer electric corrosion easily with spindle current, switch to 7010 ACEGA/HCP4A hybrid ceramic model for such conditions.

Grade note: Dimensional tolerance scatter of GB > GA; select GA grade for high-precision high-gloss machining spindles.

5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions

No pre-filled lubricant. Special high-speed spindle grease works for intermittent medium-high speed operation. Oil-air forced circulation lubrication is mandatory for long continuous high-speed running to remove friction heat efficiently. Do not mix lubricants of different brands or types; inspect lubrication pipelines regularly.

5.4 Speed Parameter Note

Limit DN value is lower than hybrid ceramic bearings of same size. Reserve sufficient safety margin based on axial load and cooling conditions; reduce maximum operating speed under sustained heavy load.

6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting

Perform multi-stage low-speed running-in after assembly. Raise speed to rated value only after temperature and vibration stabilize. Open bearings have no built-in dust shield; equipment dust-proof system cannot be omitted.

Ensure continuous lubrication supply and prohibit dry friction operation. In case of abnormal temperature rise, abnormal noise or sharp vibration increase, check lubrication supply, assembly coaxial accuracy, preload amount, load condition and integrity of dust-proof device sequentially.
