Note: The 25° ACE large contact angle achieves obviously higher axial rigidity and load capacity than 15° CD and 18° CE versions, suitable for equipment under continuous alternating bidirectional axial cutting load, while the limiting speed is lower than small contact angle bearings. This is all-steel bearing with cost advantage over hybrid ceramic types. Without insulation performance, hybrid ceramic HC series shall be selected if shaft current electric corrosion exists on built-in motor spindles.
Factory pre-matched DB set with unified face height and clearance tolerance. Back-to-back layout delivers strong moment resistance and high spindle rigidity, simplifying field assembly without manual sorting. Open structure eliminates seal drag; continuous oil-air lubrication is strongly recommended. Long-term high-speed operation with grease is not suggested. No built-in dust shield; labyrinth or air curtain dust-proof device must be equipped.

Japan NMT 7012 ACE/P4ADBB is size 7012 ultra-precision all-steel angular contact ball bearing set with 25° contact angle. Inner/outer rings and rolling elements adopt ultra-precision mirror ground high-carbon chromium bearing steel. Two bearings are pre-selected into DB back-to-back set at factory with controlled height difference and clearance.
The 25° large contact angle geometry provides outstanding axial rigidity, low deformation under alternating axial load and overturning moment, ensuring stable machining performance. All-steel design offers reliable performance and good cost efficiency. The integrated DB set is widely applied on belt-driven CNC milling spindles, mould machining spindles and general precision boring spindles without shaft current issues.

5 Assembly Specifications & Usage Guidelines
5.1 Assembly Environment & Operation Standards
P4ADBB ultra-precision bearing set should be assembled in constant-temperature dust-free clean environment. Remove all burrs, dust and metal debris on shaft and housing mating surfaces. Use controlled thermal mounting; avoid heavy impact on bearing rings. The two bearings in one DB set cannot be split and mixed with separate single bearings.
5.2 Matching & Preload Instructions
Supplied as factory pre-matched DB set, maintain fixed back-to-back arrangement, do not change layout. Apply light or medium preload according to spindle design, accurately adjusted by spacers. ⚠️Heavy preload is not recommended for continuous high-speed operation to avoid excessive temperature rise.

5.3 Lubrication Matching Solutions
No pre-filled lubricant. Oil-air forced circulation lubrication is mandatory for long continuous high-speed heavy-load operation. Special high-speed spindle grease is only allowed for short intermittent operation. Install filters on oil circuit, monitor lubricant cleanliness regularly; do not mix lubricants of different brands.
5.4 Speed Parameter Note
Limit DN value is lower than 15° CD and 18° CE bearings of same size. Reserve extra speed safety margin under heavy load; properly reduce rated operating speed under long-term high temperature.
6 Daily Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting
Carry out multi-stage low-speed extended running-in after assembly; gradually raise to working speed only after temperature and vibration stay stable. Open bearings have no built-in dust shield; front spindle dust sealing cannot be omitted.
Maintain continuous supply of clean lubricant and avoid dry friction without oil. In case of abnormal heating, continuous noise or sharp vibration increase, sequentially check: oil supply & cleanliness, excessive preload, assembly coaxiality, dust seal integrity and cutting overload.
