Angular contact ball bearings feature inclined raceways where steel balls make angular contact with raceways. They withstand combined radial load and unidirectional axial load, and must be assembled in pairs (back-to-back DB, face-to-face DF, tandem DT) for bidirectional axial positioning. Outstanding merits include ultra-high limiting speed, strong rigidity and superior rotational accuracy, making them core precision bearings for CNC machine tool spindles, high-speed screw air compressors, high-speed centrifuges, vacuum pumps, gear spindles and high-speed grinders. Compared with deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings deliver drastically higher axial load capacity. Manufactured from high-cleanliness vacuum electroslag remelting bearing steel, inner and outer raceways are superfinely ground with high-precision G3/G5 graded steel balls for assembly and precise clearance matching before delivery. Two cage options are provided: phenolic resin bakelite cages (first choice for high speed & low friction) and solid brass cages (for high-temperature heavy-load conditions). Lightweight bakelite cages reduce oil churning loss to suppress high-speed temperature rise drastically. Factory pre-matched DB/DF/DT sets are ready for direct mounting, eliminating on-site gasket grinding and measurement to shorten assembly cycle. Open type and single-side sealed versions are optional for both oil-air lubrication and grease lubrication.
All finished bearings pass high-speed temperature rise test, rotational accuracy inspection, paired coaxiality calibration and axial rigidity load test to reject defective products with angle deviation, abnormal clearance and low-precision steel balls, ensuring stable long-term high-speed operation of precision spindles.
