NMT Cylindrical Roller Bearings High-Speed Precision Cylindrical Roller Bearings for Reducers, Gearboxes & Motors
Cylindrical roller bearings are high-precision, high-rigidity and pure radial heavy-duty rolling bearings. Adopting a linear contact structure between cylindrical rollers and flat raceways, they feature greatly increased contact area compared with ball bearings, delivering core advantages of ultra-strong radial load capacity, super-high rotation accuracy and minimal operational deformation. With separable inner and outer rings for easy installation and coaxiality control, they barely bear axial loads and are specially designed for high-speed, high-torque and pure radial force precision transmission conditions, serving as standard core bearings for industrial motors, precision gearboxes, high-speed reducers and speed-increasing equipment.
The complete product lineup covers four classic structural series: NU flangeless floating type, NJ single-flange positioning type, NUP stop-ring limiting type and N double-flange fixed type, with full specifications of 202, 203, 204, 205 and other general models, as well as reinforced precision and thickened heavy-duty versions. Precision grades include P0 industrial grade, P6 high-speed grade, P5 precision grade and P4 ultra-precision grade. Three assembly modes (free floating, unidirectional positioning and bidirectional limiting) are available to solve shaft thermal elongation play, high-speed vibration and radial overload deformation, widely applied in high-speed precision transmission and heavy-load support equipment.
Main model classification: NU floating series, NJ unidirectional positioning series, NUP limiting series, N bidirectional fixed series; Precision grades: P0 general industrial grade, P6 high-speed transmission grade, P5 precision motor grade, P4 ultra-precision grade; Structural features: separable inner and outer rings, line contact load bearing, high rigidity, low deformation; Applicable load: ultra-large pure radial load, no strong axial load; Applicable conditions: high-speed continuous operation, precision transmission, high-torque heavy load, low-vibration equipment.
Performance comparison: Compared with deep groove ball bearings, the radial rigidity is increased by more than 3 times with excellent compression and deformation resistance, avoiding deformation under high-speed heavy load and adapting to high-torque conditions. Compared with tapered roller bearings, it has lower operating friction, smaller temperature rise and stronger high-speed stability without axial preload friction, dedicated to high-speed precision transmission. Compared with spherical roller bearings, it achieves higher rotation accuracy, faster limit speed and lower vibration noise, specializing in high-speed precision equipment rather than eccentric vibration scenarios. With core advantages of high rigidity, high precision and long service life, it is the optimal matching bearing for high-speed gear transmission and motor spindles.
Industrial motors, hard-tooth reducers and precision gearboxes operate long-term under harsh conditions including continuous high-speed operation, alternating high-torque load, closed cavity high temperature and gear oil scouring lubrication. Inferior cylindrical roller bearings suffer from large roller size deviation, inaccurate raceway flatness, low-precision cages and insufficient steel rigidity. During high-speed operation, uneven roller stress and local stress concentration quickly cause raceway scratching, pitting, peeling and roller wear. Insufficient precision leads to spindle runout, transmission vibration and abnormal equipment noise, further causing bearing seizure, gear meshing offset, motor rotor sweeping and reducer gear breakage after long-term operation, resulting in equipment precision attenuation, excessive production noise, frequent shutdown maintenance and increased enterprise operation and maintenance costs.
NMT cylindrical roller bearings fully cover all specifications of NU, NJ, NUP and N series, with sufficient stock for motor high-speed silent models, gearbox high-rigidity heavy-duty models and precision equipment ultra-precision models. Made of high-purity vacuum-degassed bearing steel with deep integral quenching and raceway mirror superfinishing, the bearings strictly control roller straightness, dimensional consistency and raceway flatness to ensure uniform roller stress and strong transmission rigidity, eliminating radial deformation and transmission precision loss during high-speed operation.
Equipped with two cage structures (precision stamped steel cage and solid copper cage), steel cages are lightweight with low friction and small temperature rise for conventional high-speed working conditions, while copper cages feature strong deformation resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance for 24-hour continuous high-speed heavy-load operation. Bearings are strictly sorted by precision tolerance to eliminate dimensional deviation, ensuring high spindle coaxiality and minimal radial runout after assembly, perfectly meeting the requirements of precision gear meshing and high-speed motor rotation. Compatible with industrial gear oil and circulating lubrication systems, the bearings achieve smooth lubrication without stalling, avoiding heat accumulation and wear during long-term closed cavity operation.
Adapted to the thermal elongation characteristics of transmission equipment shafts, NU floating series allows free axial sliding to release thermal expansion stress and prevent bearing seizure and shaft bending deformation. NJ and NUP limiting series accurately control shaft play, stabilize transmission clearance and eliminate gear meshing looseness and abnormal noise. All products pass factory tests including high-speed running-in, temperature rise durability, precision sorting and load fatigue testing to eliminate defective products with substandard precision, insufficient rigidity and operating abnormal noise, ensuring full adaptability to high-speed precision heavy-load conditions.
With the continuous upgrading of industrial transmission equipment toward high speed, precision, low noise and long service life, ordinary low-grade cylindrical roller bearings with poor precision and weak rigidity suffer from rapid performance attenuation at high speed, causing reduced equipment transmission precision, increased noise and high failure rate, failing to meet the continuous production needs of precision motors, high-end reducers and speed-increasing boxes. The market is in urgent need of professional high-speed cylindrical roller bearings with high rigidity, high precision, low temperature rise and low vibration.
Relying on three core technologies: ultra-precision raceway grinding, deep rigidity hardening and precision roller sorting and adaptation, NMT solves four major industry pain points of ordinary cylindrical bearings: insufficient precision, high-speed deformation, excessive temperature rise and short service life. Perfectly adapting to the high-speed heavy-load conditions of motors, gearboxes and reducers, NMT bearings stabilize equipment transmission precision, reduce operating noise, suppress equipment temperature rise, extend equipment service life, and greatly reduce equipment shutdown failures and maintenance frequency.
Core Product Advantages
1. Line contact heavy-load structure with ultra-strong pure radial load capacity and sufficient rigidity, resisting deformation under high-torque heavy load with higher bearing capacity than ball bearings of the same specification.
2. Separable inner and outer ring design enables convenient disassembly and assembly with high installation tolerance, facilitating on-site commissioning and later maintenance and replacement.
3. Ultra-high machining precision with flat raceways and uniform roller size ensures minimal radial runout during high-speed operation, perfectly suitable for precision transmission equipment.
4. Low friction and low temperature rise with no redundant axial friction resistance, maintaining stable temperature during continuous high-speed operation to avoid high-temperature failure and grease deterioration.
5. Complete structural options including floating, unidirectional limiting and bidirectional fixed types adapt to shaft positioning and thermal expansion requirements of different equipment.
6. Optional dual cage configurations (steel and copper) adapt to conventional high-speed and high-temperature heavy-load conditions with wider working condition compatibility and stronger stability.
7. Precision noise reduction process ensures smooth operation without stalling and no harsh abnormal noise during high-speed operation, effectively reducing overall equipment operating noise.
8. Standard national universal dimensions ensure strong replacement compatibility for direct replacement of new and old equipment without base and shaft seat modification.
