1. Working Condition Defects of Conventional Bearings
Tapered roller bearings are core parts for reducers, axle hubs, rollers and construction machinery slewing supports, enduring combined radial heavy load, axial thrust, tilt deformation and startup impact. Ordinary carbon steel tapered roller bearings only rely on surface blackening or galvanization for rust prevention.
In coastal ports, chemical fluid transportation, wet engineering machinery and sewage treatment equipment, seawater, chloride ions and acid-base wastewater quickly damage the anti-rust coating, causing pitting corrosion on tapered raceways and rollers. Carbon steel bearings with surface spray coating only have superficial anti-corrosion effect, the coating wears off rapidly during operation, resulting in frequent shutdown and high overhaul cost. The market lacks tapered roller bearings with both heavy composite load capacity and permanent base material corrosion resistance.

Inner ring, outer ring, tapered rollers and cage are integrally forged and heat-treated with stainless steel to eradicate rust fundamentally. The classic tapered raceway structure bears radial load and axial thrust simultaneously with anti-overturning positioning capability, combining heavy impact resistance and stainless steel salt spray/chemical resistance. It is a direct upgraded replacement for carbon steel tapered roller bearings in corrosive heavy-duty working conditions.

SUS316L Molybdenum Stainless Steel Model (Top-Grade Heavy Anti-Corrosion)

Stable heat treatment avoids plastic indentation under heavy compression.
