K suffix (tapered bore): Matched with adapter sleeve for easy installation and disassembly, ideal for old equipment spindle renovation without shaft machining.

Clearance selection rules:
Normal temperature stable equipment: C0 standard clearance
Vibrating crushers, ball mills, open-air high-temperature machines: C3 increased radial clearance for thermal expansion compensation

4. Premium Material & Heat Treatment Process
Inner rings, outer rings and spherical rollers are made of ESR remelted high-purity bearing steel with fine dispersed inclusions to restrain fatigue crack initiation under cyclic vibration. Circular oil storage groove on outer ring reserves sufficient grease for stable oil film formation even at low speed, slowing grease loss under high temperature.
